I had a very positive experience. Joey was very helpful, considerate, not pushy at all but willing to get and provide all information I requested. All questions were answered in a very transparent and honest way.


Just wait...there will be issues...they won't care

I miss the day when people were honest and stood behind their product. I like so many others read the reviews and were hopeful that the bad reviews were just a fluke or a customer that was just being difficult. However, after having the vehicle for only 2 weeks, we are already having major issues. We were driving the vehicle the other day when it just all of a sudden died. We took it to a place to have it scanned and major codes were coming up. I, like any sane person, reached out to Autolocoty to let them know the product they sold me was having issues.I figured they would see the seriousness of the situation having it only 2.5 weeks. I offered the solution of taking it to a certified Honda dealer to see what was wrong with it and going from there. I was told by their customer relations person Andrea that there was nothing they could do for me, that I should of purchased the service agreement and the vehicles are sold as is. So just to let you know if you want your vehicle that you purchase from them to work more than 2.5 weeks, you better pay extra. I can’t even figure out why have a customer relation department. It is clear they do not care about their customers by the lack of response. I called and emailed for a week straight asking for a call back from their manager. I never got a call. It is a sad day when you work hard for your money and it goes all down the drain due to the greediness of others . I have now paid $24,000 for a vehicle that I have to shell out even more money just to make it work.



BEWARE!!! Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life! I took my son to buy a Toyota Tacoma in Oct of 2021. After being assured by Autolocity that the truck had been repaired to "factory specifications" we decided to fly out from Denver and drive the truck back. Upon getting there we quickly realized something was wrong as the truck would not turn to the right without rubbing the tires on the fender. We went back to the dealer and asked them to put it up on their rack to inspect it. They made us wait in the other office while they did so. After about an hour we walked back and to see for ourselves, I immediately noticed the front control arm was bent, bolts were missing and the frame tabs were not aligned. The head mechanic (R.J) told me it was supposed to be like that...NO, it wasnt! He then told me that he was the "safety inspector" and he knew better...NO, he didnt, he was either completely incompetent or lying! After I called him out on his blatant lie, RJ told me to "get the xxxx out of my shop". After a long talk with management up front we ended up buying it and bringing the truck back to Denver. I then took it to a shop for repair. They told us it was the worst work they've ever seen and that it was never repaired to anything close to "factory spec". This dealership is a complete rip off! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!



Update after one month. Do not trust Autolocity if you want to buy a quality vehicle. It is a gamble whether you get one that works or not. If you get one like mine, you will be stuck with a garbage vehicle and an expensive repair bill. My check engine light came on 10 days after I bought the truck. Took it to the shop and they said my transmission was shot. I contacted autolocity and they said they would not do anything to help me. They claim to do a 150 point inspection. They say they not only double check, they triple check all vehicles. When I asked them if they checked the transmission fluid, they laughed at me and said they don’t check that. If their service people had a lift, they could check it in a matter of minutes. They don’t do that because it might reveil problems that they would have to fix themselves. I wish I had believed the other reviews like mine that I saw. But I didn’t. And now I’m the one that gets screwed.
