I purchased a dream car here a few months back. There are some great folks who work there! Buying the car was easy and I still love it! I brought the car... back for normal service and I even brought my Jeep Compass here for routine maintenance as well. Their service department (Kat, JR and the service manager) are great and followed through on everything and kept me updated on the process. Jr is a character and so are the two girls there. I would recommend buying a car from here and having your vehicles serviced here.
The buying process for my Charger was super easy and seamless! The sales team was great, but the after the sales care was amazing! Kat helped me with... the small issue I had with my car (fog lights flickered). She was super nice and took care of everything! The service here is phenomenal!!

I was looking for a particular 4 runner. I tried other dealerships and other places like Autolocity. They all wanted way more than Autolocity just for... a base model. I ended up with the 4 runner I wanted and the approval process was quick and easy! Haven’t had any issues with my vehicle yet and it’s been over a year. Every time I go in they are all nice to me and service department is amazing! Kat and Michelle are always smiling and always willing to help me out. Hands down my go to and when people ask I always tell them to go to Autolocity.

Buying from this dealership was possibly the worst decisions I have ever made. If I can spare at least a few people from buying from here then maybe all... this headache would be worth it. My husband and I purchased a 2018 Mazda CX-5 grand touring on Sept 4th. It is now Oct 2nd. I was only able to drive this car for two weeks before the brake pedal went soft. Took it in to Autolocity's service center and they had it for a WHOLE week. There was also zero effort on their part to reach out to me with updates, anytime I wanted an update I had to call multiple times (rarely answered their phone or responded to voicemails). Finally after a week they call and basically say "sorry, no idea what's wrong with it, take it to Mazda". I head down to the dealership to pick up my car and I raised the issue of not being to use my bluestar certified warranty at Mazda's service center they assured me that should not be an issue and if I had any issues to contact Kaitlin, their customer relations manager. After explaining this, the technician handed me the keys to my car and sent me on my way. While driving home I realized the car was EVEN worse than when I had first taken it in. With my foot all the way down on the gas I could not go faster than 21 mph.... in a 45 mph speed zone. I could have possibly caused an accident and I was completely horrified they would allow me to drive home knowing the car was in the condition it was. Didn't even suggest a tow to me before I left. Very negligent on their part. I take it in to Mazda and they explained to me there was a number of parts that needed to be replaced totaling to around 1600 worth of repairs. They said that all were caused from the accident which would not be covered under my bluestar warranty. WOW. I have left a message with Kaitlin, the customer relations manager but after reading multiple other reviews online about how she never responds, I'm convinced she doesn't even exist. Something about this place is extremely shady. How could they claim their cars are safe and as close to new as possible when within two weeks of me having my car it basically started to fall apart . So please, learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Someone is going to get seriously hurt one day driving one of their cars.
I bought a used truck that passed a 200 point inspection yet after having it only a couple months the check engine light turned on and the 4x4 was messed... up. I have already paid $800 to fix the 4x4 and I still have to get the light diagnosed. I have called multiple times and emailed multiple times no one from here will respond. Bunch of scam artists don’t waste your money owner responds and says call us again and I do, but I keep getting redirected to Kaitlin Collins who never answers her phone during normal business hours even though I have called at least 10 times and left voicemails. Such professionalism.
Shaun Jiménez is the best and easiest to deal with! Everything we agreed on actually happened and the Expedition i bought sight unseen, exceeds my highest... expectations. Thanks again Shaun!
