he lack of professionalism and lack of ethics would be the reason behind this poor review. Was excited at first to buy a vehicle from these folks. Unfortunately their “140” point safety inspection is a complete fabrication. My lights are not working properly in the car I purchased a month ago. Also there is a tire pressure warning light that has been on since I bought new. I was unaware of the what the service light is since they did not bring it up when I purchased the vehicle. It is now scheduled to be serviced at their service center on my dime. Even though I paid nearly 20k and have a service plan I purchased from them on a car I bought a month ago. Definitely do not stand behind their products. If “Buddy” comes up to you to shake your hand you better keep walking. Buddy’s not your friend, pal. Him and their finance manager Adam were “taking” care of a customer who had already purchased a lemon from them. It seems that’s what they do!

The team over at Berglund was amazing. I live in Colorado and purchased a car from them over 1500 miles away. They were super communicative, easy to work, and focused on people. Carol even picked me up from the airport! In the end I used their financing instead because it was a lower rate than my credit union. I would have no hesitation buying a car from them again and I say that I after I drove this car home over two days and 1,550 miles. Thank you for everything!
