Dealership is extremely unprofessional.

Dealership is extremely unprofessional. Contacted them several times to cancel my extended warranty and refund my money so I can move forward with whatever I’m doing with my Range Rover Sport Svr. Apparently, they are attempting to prolong their part which is why I’m now seeking legal action. Don’t go to this dealership. They are very unprofessional and won’t even get your name and phone number correct. Long as you spend money. They can careless. DMV related issues will be accurate but anything else is trash!!

Terrible warranty claim experience!

Terrible warranty claim experience! Bought a 2014 Chevy Volt from them, which they refuse to work on, yet all warranty claims need to be approved by them. I've been waiting a week for a simple approval (electric window motor replacement) and they cannot provide an update--costing me an inordinate amount in rental car fees, never mind time. No accountability, no transparency, no one taking responsibility! The on-the-floor people seem good, but the management clearly has problems. They do not respect their customer's time or money! Will not do business here again!

CONFIRMING THEY ARE LOUSY as i stopped in saying i had only a little time & wanted to see a car listed online. Even after I went to bathroom the sales person was trying to get me to sit in office I WANTED TO JUST SEE THE CAR... after like 10 minutes THEN HE SAYS it is not on the lot! REALLY? Put out a listing but it is not there? As i was leaving not just he but a manager were trying to stop me from driving away? Come on? ARE YOU REALLY THAT STUPID AND APPARENTLY DO NOT READ THESE REVIEWS?

I had a single simple question to ask about something

I had a single simple question to ask about something they had listed in the description box. 5 emails later they still couldn't get to an answer. I don't know of its arrogance, ignorance or just lazyness but these guys couldn't find their way out of a brightly lit room. If an email is this hard I can't imagine how they'd screw up important paperwork. Try it for yourself and see before buying here.

Will leave -1 star is possible. This dealership (sales manager Mr. Mac S) does not understand the meaning of offer or contract. Here is what happened: [1/7/2024] cars.com matched me to stevens creek Nissan for the "instant offer" of $12*** [1/8/2024] The used car sales representative confirmed the $12*** offer with a 5 day expiration date (verbally and text message) AFTER inspecting the car for 30+ minutes. [1/12/2024] "Sales manager" Mr. Mac S denied the offer when I went to complete the transaction. * Mr. S first complained that I have decals on my car (but they have already inspected the vehicle on 1/8) * Mr. S then lied and said that the offer already expired. I showed him the text message. * Mr. S lied again and said that cars.com has dropped the price to $10*** due to market fluctuation. I just quoted again and the instant offer made by this specific dealership (surprised?) is the same: $12***. * At last after I told Mr. S that I will file a complaint, he refused to give me his business card, claimed himself to be the highest manager, and asked me to file complaints with the name of the poor dude who initially reached out to me. I am a bit confused, do other dealerships deny the offers they made at will after inspecting the car? Or is it just Stevens Creek Nissan? Or is it just an Mr. Mac S? I hope to get some answers from cars.com platform, or Stevens Creek Nissan.

By far the sleaziest car dealership of them all!

By far the sleaziest car dealership of them all!!! They purposely left out the DMV tags from our final sale price and did not disclose is to us until after we signed all of the paperwork and asked when we would receive the tags for the used vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles throughout my life new and used and NEVER has a dealership purposely left out the vehicle registration intentionally. Buyer beware! I would NEVER do business with a dealership that has no integrity!

Best customer service

I bought a Nissan Rogue a couple of weeks ago. Everyone at sales and service dept were very professional and extremely nice. I would recommend Stevens Creek Nissan to my family and friends.

Extremely poor customer service!!

Dishonest sales and very little respect for customer. I leased a Nissan Leaf in 2021 and paid $500 dollars extra to have maintenance included. I learned today that they had never activated the contract for service. On top of that, I waited over 4 hours so that someone can address this issue but no luck! This is by far the worst experience I have had with any type of retail service.

LIES AND FALSE PRICING

Been answering Emails Back and Forth with them! Never answered my email properly, then someone called and I decided to answer it! Had a conversation with a salesman whoever that is Named ANDY! Told me that the vehicle im trying to get is available and gave me prices and expectations! That they said will take care of it! Fair Market Value, my proposed APR and all that! he said Come over and they will take care of it no hassle! even said in the email! Turns out when i got there is all xxxxxxxx! The person that i talked to was those guys that just try to Lure you in! then gave me to another salesman that trying to take his time kind of stallin me! They dont even have the car in the Lot! and trying to sell me a different model!!! 5k more to the one im interested! Then salesman said that the one im looking for will come in 3 months?! xxx? Stay away with this dealer! or this people! Total waste of my time and driving time! Once if you get to this dealer and offered you something else besides the one your expecting..! Leave! unless your rich and giving money away! to buy to them!! If they Keep doing this to their customers, They will be REPORTED to the FTC!!!

scam, disrespect, dishonest, kick you out!

2022/11/20: I just got out this Nissan dealer, I was so so disappointed. I don't want to give even one star rating (the minimum I can pick), if I have a choice, I want to give negative star. I leased a Nissan leaf and the lease will end soon, I decided to purchase it, I went to this Stevens Creek Nissan dealer to complete the transaction. I went there 3 times, talked to multiple people there, spent multiple hours and wait and wait...and full of lies... the third time today, they promised me to finish up everything quickly, but ends up asked me to sign a paper of "Nissan NMAC END OF LEASE CONTRACTUAL OPTION", however, on the save paper, they refused to give their (dealer's) signature. At the end, I got a copy with my signature there ONLY. Now, more funny things happened, they "suggest" me to go to a credit union to purchase my leased car, and asked me to leave their office otherwise they will call police!!! How can such a dealer exists in this world! this store should be closed! 2022/11/21: I have some update, which makes me fell even worse. Today I decided to call Nissan Finance, I received a letter from them reminding me the lease is going to expire soon. Since I will write a check to purchase the leased car, the process is extremely simply. I just need to mail them a form stating the odometer together with a check (just the amount already stated in lease contract, no any additional fee), that's it. So Stevens Creek Nissan made me going back and forth 3 times and spent hours waiting and talking, I guess they just want to make me pay this and that extra fee...at the end they gave up and "suggested" me to go somewhere else. At this point, they still decided to point me to the wrong way, they suggested me to go with a credit union rather contacting Nissan finance.
