Absolutely do not recommend this dealership.
Absolutely do not recommend this dealership. I was blatantly misled by the salesperson, who told me the car included Wireless Apple CarPlay—it didn’t. When I raised the issue, they took no accountability and aggressively demanded payment they forgot to collect. The experience has been nothing but stressful, dishonest, and unprofessional. If you value transparency and integrity, go elsewhere.

I had a great experience buying a car from Andy Jakubczak
I had a great experience buying a car from Andy Jakubczak at Napleton Mazda. He is such a nice person. I went in feeling anxious because I thought the salesman might be “hard sell” and might not take me seriously because I am a woman. Instead, I had a very pleasant experience with Andy. I recommend this dealership and Andy in particular. The Mazda line is great, with a different engine from most cars, and boy does it jump when I put on the gas. Very peppy!! When I need another car, I will go straight back to Andy.

I had a great experience buying a car from Andy Jakubczak at Napleton Mazda. He is such a nice person. The only reason I am giving a one star for this
The only reason I am giving a one star for this dealership is because the service technicians I had the pleasure of speaking with were very kind and understanding. The gentleman I had the displeasure of conversing with was Nate who calls himself "a high-end car salesman". I explained my situation to the service technicians of my mother buying a CX5 in 2021 and receiving a free apple car play installation with the purchase. I was calling to inquire if the free installation would still be honored. The service techniqtions were kind and explained that if sales agrees to honor the free apple car play installation they would be glad to help me. I was then transferred to Nate who not only made me feel inferior and stupid but also inferred how it was ridiculous of me to ask this question. Nate was fast to talk down to me and ask if the car had a plug to plug the phone in and explained if there was a plug the car already had apple car play. I explained to him how that was not accurate, Nate then took the time to research the the car to shockingly discover I was telling the truth. Nate then decided to change his tone and tell me how he fought for me to have the car play installed and offer the car-play without his commission at 500 dollars. When I explained to Nate how I felt disrespected and talked down during entire conversation he shared how he's sorry and that he "sells 30-40 cars a month" because he's a "high-end car salesman" . I explained how that I was merely a nurse but him being a high-end car salesman selling many cars a month doesn't give him the right to be demeaning to others. Do not buy a car from here or from Nate unless you love being talked down and made to feel like an imbecile.
