Having bought over a dozen new GM vehicles so far in my life Salt Lake valley Chevy was by far the easiest, least stressful and fair dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. All Of my needs and concerns were accounted for and I feel like I recieved an extremely good deal on our new truck. Fantastic customer service. Got a used jeep from them after couple months car started skipping took it back in and they fixed it said they just replaced the coil packs . Well months later to the date same skipping came back only to find out it’s the head gasket and that they just patched it instead of fixing it. Do not buy used cars from here they don’t fix it correctly and do not warranty there work .

Made an appt for oil change a week in advance. My vehicle yes not a Chevy and I specifically asked to make sure they had the oil filter in stock as I have experienced this problem with this dealership before. I was told it was on order and would be here the next day. I've been waiting 2.5 hours and was just told they had to order the filter and it just arrived. 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Will not be a return customer.

This company is a Joke! They messed up on a vehicle repair after it was involved in an accident. The missed over $4500 in repairs that a new trusted dealership fixed. On top of that, there repairs were faulty which caused the transmission to fail. After taking them to court, we got a judgement for the new transmission repairs and the rental charges during the time of the repair. Shane Keyvani, who is the owner is avoiding paying the judgement to us. We have sent numerous emails, calls and other forms of communication we can get. He refuses to pay the debit owed to us. This company is shady as xxxx!

I have been a customer for about 12 years. The dealership has sold me 2 compact cars. One truck and a 2016 Chev Equnox. This car has been my favorite. This dealer is the best in the State. I have all repairs and maintenance done there. They are superbly courteous to customers and do excellent work. I always get my vehicle back when promised and the have always done the work I have requested. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet. Worked with Tyson on texting. Found just what I was looking for. Went to dealership to look at it and as soon as I walked in he welcomed me using my name. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The reception employees were quick to respond to my service needs and kept in touch the entire time I was waiting. I stepped away to grab a bite close by the service center and received frequent messages updating me and asking if I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend their help to anyone looking for great service.

Recently, I had to take my 2020 Chevrolet Malibu in because the check engine light came on. I didn’t think they could get it fixed so quick but they did an excellent job it’s fixed so I’m back up and running again and I really do appreciate the great job that the team in the shop has always done. salt lake Valley Chevrolet does a great job every time I bring my car in for service or whatever I need to have done to my vehicle. I miss Gus Paulos Chevrolet, but Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet is living up the name that Gus Paulos started. I bought my 2020 Malibu from Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet. Because they are a name you can trust.

Scheduled a Maintenace Oil Change for my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. Arrived asked for the 3 time oil pricing. The Technician set it up. The oil change and tire rotation was quick and in an expected manner. This is a great place to get your vehicles oil changed.

This dealership has awesome service and repair. The mechanic did a superior job. Got us back on the road fast. They were truly a blessing. Their #1 in our book. The community is really lucky to have a excellent dealership like this one. Thank you all so much.
