It was an excellent experience. Service on my car was started on the exact appointment time that was scheduled. Everyone in the facility was very attentive , caring and kind. I waited for the work to be done, and it was completed within the time period that they had advised me it would take. This is a great facility which I enjoy coming to.

Shaun was very professional and efficient in getting the maintenance and repairs completed. As I chose to wait while my car was serviced, the estimated time and repair cost was shorter which made me very happy. The lounge area was very clean and well stocked with beverage and snacks. I recently had to return a vehicle I had leased and it was intention to buy my leased vehicle, but after arriving at Jenkins I decided why not look at a new car. I am so glad I did. From the get go, Jenkins was friendly, helpful and so glad Raymond, who I was to turn my lease into, called Beth my sales representative over to help us. Beth sat down, asked me what I liked in a vehicle, my budget, and got to know me and then proceeded to walk the lot for what I would like. She brought me several cars and each time I would find something I didn't like or wasn't for me. She was more than happy to keep looking, and kept telling me we will find the right vehicle for you... then she pulled up in "the one" Tucson that I absolutely feel in love with. Beth worked her magic and got me a SUPER, UNBELIEVABLE deal! I turned in my lease and drove out in a brand new 2021 Tucson! I highly recommend Jenkins for your next car purchase!
