Salesman was great, the Kick was great and was ready to
Salesman was great, the Kick was great and was ready to try and make a deal for a lease. The numbers came back way higher than online. Almost double for the monthly payment with a lower down payment. I told this to him so he said I'll get my manager and see what we can do. Which I hate. It means they were trying to get more and I hate haggling but I understand that's the way it works. Manager came over and I explained everything and he said well the internet site doesn't include the taxes and fees. And I said it did, it asked for my location, they are pretty much lying about the cost on the website. He said, "well you have to be able to read", got up and walked away. So I did do. I drove to Route 17 S Nissan. Told them I didn't need to waste anybody's time and asked to see their best price on the same exact vehicle. It was about $100 less. Not sure what's going on at Riverside but as long as my insurance payment comes through, they lost a sale as I will be buying from Route 17S. I do feel bad for the salesman, he was a nice guy, answered all my questions and lost a sale because of his manager. The new salesman will get the commission and all he had to do was print out a piece of paper. I'll see if I can edit a picture of the new car if everything works out, insurance wise.

Travis the General Manger doesn’t have people skills!
Travis the General Manger doesn’t have people skills! Tells me not to call the dealership because he doesn’t feel like talking to me! I asked him to find out about all weather mats he tells me to get aftermarket mats! He hangs the phone up on you when he doesn’t want to talk to you! I don’t think he deserves to be the general manager of the store.

What makes a difference in sales is the customer service
What makes a difference in sales is the customer service and care. I have to give 5 stars to Tony, the sales manger. He is the main reason why i decided to get my car from this dealership. Professional and caring!!

Vehicle was fine.
Vehicle was fine. Sales department is horrible. After a month of waiting for plates(temps expired) I went to the dealership. They screwed up the registration and claimed they didn't have a title yet. When I complained loudly, they suddenly found the title but it is listed as a replacement title. They charged a $785.00 documents fee but now I am left to go to DMV to fix everything. Save yourself some aggravation. Don't shop here they're sketchy at best.

Over 4 hours to run a battery test and render key fob not
