“Team was awesome but my certified pre owned vehicle” has 4 different problems that should have been caught during the pre owned inspection. Everything on the list was checked now I’ll be without the vehicle while the repairs are made Onstar support is terrible. The wait times are horrendous and they keep running Gypsy through the same process and the issues don’t get resolved. Having said that this had nothing to do wit Laura. She was amazing to work with and answered me timely everyone I called her.
