Took our SUV to get our free one-year oil change and tire rotation. Service associate John Wassermann was there on time to greet us and checked our vehicle in. John checked on us during our wait which was completed and ready to go in only 45 minutes. As we were leaving, he ran over to get the door for my wife...can't beat that!
