Horrible and unprofessional!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a car and a piece on the dash was broken & oil was too full (came up on dashboard). Numerous phone calls and I had to have my personal mechanic repair at my expense. Fast forward 1 yr later - I sell the car and request a refund on my unused extended warranty that is due back to me (over $3000) Mylesha & Diana give me the runaround and I send them all paperwork they requested and nothing. Now no one returns my calls. I have sent documentation to the Better Business Bureau & NJ Div of Consumer affairs for help. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this place. No title, and it’s been over two months. I have filed a complaint with Capital One auto.. filed a complaint with NJDMV compliance. Seems they “fired” bad staff.. that was the excuse two months ago, still no title and it’s the same song and dance with the new staff. Do yourself a favor, find a different dealer.

Advertised a car here on cars.com for 42k. I got there and they said it was 47k. Silly fools. Had you honored your advertisement, I’d have taken it on the spot. But once you play that game, you can’t be trusted.

YOUR DREAM CAR WILL TURN OUT TO BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!! I posted a photo just to prove this review is real and not a phony 5 star they flood Google with to bring up ratings. They sold me this Mercedes just after it came in from some auction out west. The dealer never inspects or services their vehicles they just buy them, clean them and flip them…. To make a long story short, here are the turn of events. They never had the title for the car, and had no idea where it was. Three months after purchasing they are now telling me they’re working on getting a duplicate title.That never happened because I was in touch with the New Jersey DMV and they never applied. On top of that,two months after I purchased the car..someone re-issued a title for it in the state of California, I knew about it before the dealership did. I demanded a complete refund and had acquired a top level attorney. I get the check on Monday so I returned the car. By Friday the check bounced. I also filed a complaint online with the New Jersey DMV… At that point I had a case against them for triple damages…So with the help of my attorney, who has powerful political ties down in Trenton. I was able to get the New Jersey division of motor vehicles investigator up there within a day or two. Without my attorney and the DMV investigator ,I truly believe I would be out the $32,000 to this day. We demanded a wire transfer and thank God it came through this time. Do not buy from this dealer because it was a horrible stressful three months. As soon as you purchase you a car, you cannot get anyone on the phone and they will make you wait in that show room for hours to try to get answers. I still don’t know what their motive is to screw so many people.I personally think they’re going out of business any day and are trying to sell as many of the cars they don’t really own to file bankruptcy. If you want real reviews, check, Yelp or the BBB. There are stories of them not even paying off vehicles customers are trading in. How awful. Please just read the reviews. They do not care the slightest bit if you are out of car and paying for a rental. E*I and E**y are just put there to try to xx you to just hold on a little bit longer… They stink at their jobs… guaranteed that place won’t be around for more than a few more weeks. Don’t go there you’ve been warned!! PS: That very nice black GLS on the front lot along 46 W… That’s the one in the photo… Don’t bother buying it….No title…

Do not look at a vehicle from this place! Absolute crooks. Typical NJ used car scammers. Bait and switch. Defective vehicles. Added thousands of dollars in dealer fees at closing increasing the advertised price. A different price than advertised if you pay cash or don’t finance with their high interest rate banks. Charges for “their” “required by the bank” extended warranties that cover nothing. They take literally months to do title work and get your plates so they can float the money cause they have no money to pay for their inventory after they sell you a car. Read all the lowest rating and ignore the 5 star ratings they pay for or write themselves to push poor ratings down the review page so as to not be read by unsuspecting car buyer. This place has a 2 star rating. Wait till the new FTC hidden fees rules start in July that’ll kill this places crooked ways with hefty fines and administrative penalties for violation of law. Buy a car somewhere, anywhere else but here.

Was interested in a 2016 Dodge Charger Hellcat that they indicated was in stock. Had reached out, set up a time I would come and look at it, only to be told that it was no longer in stock. Was asked if I would be interested in anything else, stated that I was only interested in a Charger Hellcat and they gave me a sarcastic ‘good luck finding one’.

Excellent car showroom. Prices are reasonable and competitive. At the entrance to the car showroom we were met by Taron, who told us all about the cars. Which one is better to buy? How long to wait for documents to be processed? Where to go to get a loan. I liked the car, we looked at it and calculated how much it would cost. In the end we bought it 2021 Ford Expedition Max Limited 4×4.

Everything was at the highest level. I was planning to buy a 2017 car, but Eli offered to buy us a 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport Sedan. Everything is fine, I want to say a big thank you to the employees of the car dealership. Special thanks to Eli. I recommend everyone to buy here.
