To anyone who owns a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder... If you drop something (like a cell phone) under the 3rd row seat, there is no way to get it out unless they remove the seat. And if you bring your Pathfinder to the Cranberry Nissan Service Center, they will not tell you they have to do that and will not give you a heads up that it is going to cost $134 to get your phone! The SERVICE MANAGER (Chris Brody) told me he was doing me a favor and they should have charged me more for the service. JUST WOW! What horrible customer service!! I did not agree to these charges and would have purchased a new phone. ABSOLUTELY Ridiculous! Thank you Chris and the rest of the Cochran Nissan service team for ripping me off today! 😢

I just happened to stop in the dealership on Saturday Steve Ball came up and created me and discussed the new 2021 40th Anniversary Maxima, I told him I was interested but had a event to get to. He took my information and contacted within an hr and sent me what I needed and then on Monday went in to the dealership and we closed the deal!!!! Steve went above and beyond to get this deal done and was AWESOME to work with!!! We definitely recommend Steve and this dealership to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. And, Mark in their service department is good to work with too.

I was complaining about my Nissan kicks for not having a seatbelt alarm which I felt was important.i didn’t give the good aspects of the car and there many.it has “blind spot detection and backup camera and more.i really liked the car.its very nice looking and drives very nice. Eric the salesman was very helpful and I would have kept the car I grew to like it a lot.smooth drive.but no audible seatbelt alarm was what is making me unable to keep it.i will miss my “kicks” I really liked it.but safety first.
