The primary reasons I've been purchasing and servicing our family's Chevrolets at this location include not only the consistent high quality service and of any repairs needed, but also the remarkable customer service we've experienced with Russ Paraniuk for many years. His quick responses, attention to detail, insights and recommendations, and level of caring that we're 'doing the right thing' in maintaining our vehicles in terms of not over or under spending. We continue to value this relationship and his friendship. We've also enjoyed working with Tom Hodder when Russ is off or away as well as the folks at the desk.

The service department is very prompt and everyone is
The service department is very prompt and everyone is courteous. Just a little disappointed that it keeps being missed that I paid extra for a maintenance plan. I also just received a card in the mail from Cochran telling me that I should buy the extended warranty on my truck. I paid over $3000 for the extended warranty when I bought it. Just frustrating that they don’t have records of these additional purchases that I made.

This dealership does not supply loaner cars for one-day
This dealership does not supply loaner cars for one-day repairs. So they provide a shuttle service. The customer service rep said the shuttle would definitely be there to take my husband to work on-time when he dropped off our vehicle to have work done. However, he had to wait an hour for the shuttle to get there because the driver was sent to get parts in Monroeville. My husband was late for work. Additionally, I tried calling the contact number that was provided to see what they did with the vehicle and to ask what time the shuttle would be there to pick up my husband at work to bring him back to get our vehicle, but no one answered the call.

Matt and Rich were phenomenal to work with. They were very patient and so accommodating throughout the process. I can’t recommend them enough. I will be returning to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase and everyone after that! Great place!
