Went to look at a kona for gf. It was sold so they showed...

Went to look at a kona for gf. It was sold so they showed us a Tuscan. Drove it and fell in love. They were firm on price and unwilling to negotiate. Only offered 6 k on trade. Got annoyed then drove to Jim Shorkey. They closed at 5 but showed a Tuscan and gave us 9k on trade and 1k off price. Signed deal T 8pm and got a vehicle with only 15k and 7k cheaper overall vs buying at Cochran prices

Outstanding professionalism

Absolutely outstanding service. Tim Erwin was the sales man I dealt with and he was absolutely amazing. The time and dedication he showed to helping me select my next vehicle was something that has been lost. He was dedicated and extremely professional. I didn’t feel rushed while we talked. The facility it’s self was pristine and the other staff were just as amazing. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I will be going there for all future purchases.

Fast and Friendly Service

I took my car in for a state inspection and an oil change I didn't have an appointment so I figured I would be waiting around for a while for it to get done. The service advisor took it right in and I had it back with in 45 minutes. I was really impressed on how quick and efficient they were to get it done for me. They also filled up my fluids as well which was a plus for me. You guys rock!

Awesome Experience!

I had the best experience with #1 Cochran Chevrolet, I enquired about a specific vehicle online, and they had it all spit shined and ready for me when I arrived. The sales management staff were super helpful and I liked how the whole deal could be worked off of an Ipad. When I went to sign papers to finalize my purchase the finance manager was so through with all of the paper work and she answered any questions I had. I also appreciated how my sales consultant Brandon went over the entire vehicle with me ensuring I would feel just as comfortable with it as I had my past Equinox. He also made the whole experience fast and easy, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The hand off to their service department was seamless to helping me schedule my first service appointment, to giving me a tour of the whole dealership. This was truly the best experience I have had ever purchasing a vehicle.

Horrible

Can’t buy a car from anyone that isn’t truthful. Was there to buy an SUV. I saw the price on line and when I got there they tried charging me more. When asked the manager laughed and said... OH WELL WE TRIED(referring to overcharging)

NO PLEASE!

Process and people. Pretty easy right? Not here. The seemingly easy buying process was diluted with a system that didn’t work, wouldn’t load from IPad to computer and a disorganized management team. 2-3-2020
