I would love to purchase a car but they is to far away from Louisiana.

Terrible communication. It's like they don't know how to talk to people and will respond with racism. The bad odometer reading and carfax not aligning should be legitimate concerns.

I reached out to them abut the car and they never replied! No phone call nor email.

I bought a car from Inran, and he made he said the car was in perfect condition and had no issues, and even labeled it “excellent condition” in his ad. 3 days later, the car’s engine light came on and I had to take it to the dealership. Come to find it needs $5000 worth of repairs and replacements. I called Inran to let him know of the issue at hand and he immediately got defensive and showed his immature unprofessionalism.. he blamed me for not being a “good buyer” and said that I shouldn’t have trusted him, his word. He said it wasn’t his fault that I believed him, his word, when he said the car was in perfect condition. I told that Karma is going to bite him in the xxx, and that’s when he really blew up and hung up on me. His deceitful business practices will make his companies go bankrupt. He said he was going to open a dealership in Scottsdale, and I’ll make sure to spread the word around to NOT trust his company or his word. Karma, Inran.. Karma!

Try to sell me a broke down car that looks good outside. Glad I inspected it. Now I look at the reviews and man. Wow. No wonder they have such bad reviews they are shiesters

Stop! Your safety is at risk! I was going to buy a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek Limited with 30k miles on it with a “rebuilt” title. It’s still for sale today 3/16/2023 on A. I. Monroe. I’ve bought rebuilds before and seen dozens that were rebuilt really well. Ron said “this vehicle is super clean, fully rebuilt and safety checked”. It sounded great but being out of town I paid for an independent inspection for $119. The inspection came back so bad that it was shocking! The parts damaged in the crash were not even replaced! They reused almost everything, bonded it over and repainted it. They tried to weld the subframe back together but even those welds were cracking! It could not withstand another rear end accident safely. I almost bought this for my 16 year old brand new driver for the safety a Subaru provides. Their purposeful hiding of multiple problems could have cost me my son. I’m beyond disgusted and can’t believe this business has a license for anything. The complaints are legit, this is a total scam. I can’t imagine what the patients I treat that are in car accidents would look like if the frame isn’t even intact before a crash. I could care less about his narcissistic, sophomoric insults that he hurls in response to reviews but you start to wonder who the one that only completed 2nd grade must be. (One of his silly insults.) You’ve been warned, this is a total scam and I’m so grateful it was uncovered before I bought it.

They were very easy to work with, low pressure, and the car selection was great. My wife and I found a used car in excellent condition with low miles and a great value. I would recommend to any friend to check them out.

Purchased a car from A.I. I didn't even make it home with the vehicle and I was having issues. I contacted Ron that day. He told me he would help with repair costs but then he stopped responding to my text and calls. I tried for weeks and got nothing! Ron is not honest with his dealings and as you read other reviews you will notice he does not have good business ethics.

My 17 yr old daughter bought her first car from A-I Monroe. It stopped running after driving it only approx. 100 miles to get it to home. We called and told Ron about the problem. This is his text to us "I always help my customers when they have issues with their cars right away. So trust me is all I can tell you....I will definitely honor helping you out as long as your check clears." The check cleared, and then we were no longer able to get Ron to communicate with us through text or phone calls. The BBB even had a hard time getting him to respond. It took several weeks and several notifications from them to get him to respond. Use extreme caution when purchasing from this dealership, or better yet, just don't. Ron isn't true to his word, and his lack of honor says it all.

Easy deals. Most cars in good condition and low miles etc. They keep up in bringuna in bewar cans thats a big plus for me.
