My car has been with them since June 1, 2022. I was 13th in line to get it diagnosed for engine recalls. As of September 13, 2022, I am now 8th. So over three months without a vehicle for something that Hyundai recalled!! The only updates I receive are when I call. The phone service from the service department is kind and informative however - three months!!
