While out looking for a new vehicle I stopped at Serra
While out looking for a new vehicle I stopped at Serra Chevorlet first. The guy I found in the parking lot didnt seem like he really wanted to help. Came here and thanks to Ms Tina Jones I drive away with Jeep Gladiator Freedom. She was great to deal with and has wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!

Joe Whitaker was great to work with on our search for a new vehicle. He was always available to quickly answer questions and/or give me out the door pricing quotes, in addition to keeping in constant contact with me until we decided on which vehicle we wanted to purchase. If Joe was unavailable for any reason, Josh Ott was able to assist us as well. Both gentlemen were very open and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Cory Andrews was also great to work with during the financing portion of the process. In the process of shopping for a vehicle, we went to multiple dealerships. Allen Samuels Hyundai was BY FAR the most willing to work with us on pricing. When buying a Hyundai vehicle, I will not shop anywhere else. besides Allen Samuels Hyundai of Jackson.
