My original salesman - Francis - was very helpful and pleasant to talk to, however once the sales numbers were being negotiated and Clint the sale manager got involved the experience soured. The manager raised the starting sales price from the advertised $28,145 to $31,000. He seemed to take offense when I insisted the sales price be the $28,145 that it was advertised for. When speaking with Francis and inspecting the truck, Francis noted the large area of paint damage on the hood and said the the dealer would repair that damage before I picked up the truck if I bought it. Clint then changed that condition as well, refusing to include the paint repair in the cost of the truck. At this point I had had enough of the confrontational manner from Clint and decided to take my business elsewhere.

This dealer is a terrible representation and should be reported to Ford NA. Funny numbers, $7,000 in hidden fees - be careful.

I bought a Jeep Renegade last year from you. It's a lemon. Will never ever buy from you again. When I need a unreliable car I will call. So if your in the mood for a nightmare stop by the showroom and pick up a lemon I mean a car. Non stop headaches with this car since we bought it. It's the worst used car I have ever bought. Brought my over 10 year old truck to Gator Ford after Brandon Ford stated they do not work on vehicles over 10 years old, which I will not even go into that one. However, I do want to give my 2 cents on the service department at Gator which was a great experience. Bryan and Brandon did a great job of looking out for me and once diagnosed a timely repair. I highly recommend Gator Ford for your service needs and will certainly return for all my service needs. Great job Gator team!!

Came in to buy our son a car. Horrible service and dishonest pricing. ( 40% added hidden cost! ) Clearly did not want to sell us a car. Went right off to Chevy and had a wonderful experience buying a car there , with excellent service and total transparency.

o stars recommend you stay far far away from this place paid $35,000 for van 24,000 milers transmission went at 39,000 makiing me pay $3,000 for rental this is xx take your money elsewhere

Typical shady dealership with liar salesmen who will tell you anything and never answer honestly, just to get your money. Everything the company did was amazingly rude and unprofessional to boot. I have a list of grievances far too long for me to bother typing it all up but trust me YOU DON"T WANT TO BUY ANYTHING HERE. Judging by the other reviews, I wish I had checked Yelp sooner to know what I was getting into. I definitely will never make the mistake of buying from them again, maybe not even Ford dealerships in general based on the unreported issues that Ford '"checks for" but at the end of the day it was probably Gator Ford mechanics that were the issue there.
