Gator Ford

I bought a Jeep Renegade last year from you. It's a lemon. Will never ever buy from you again. When I need a unreliable car I will call. So if your in the mood for a nightmare stop by the showroom and pick up a lemon I mean a car. Non stop headaches with this car since we bought it. It's the worst used car I have ever bought. Brought my over 10 year old truck to Gator Ford after Brandon Ford stated they do not work on vehicles over 10 years old, which I will not even go into that one. However, I do want to give my 2 cents on the service department at Gator which was a great experience. Bryan and Brandon did a great job of looking out for me and once diagnosed a timely repair. I highly recommend Gator Ford for your service needs and will certainly return for all my service needs. Great job Gator team!!

Came in to buy our son a car. Horrible service and dishonest pricing. ( 40% added hidden cost! ) Clearly did not want to sell us a car. Went right off to Chevy and had a wonderful experience buying a car there , with excellent service and total transparency.

o stars recommend you stay far far away from this place paid $35,000 for van 24,000 milers transmission went at 39,000 makiing me pay $3,000 for rental this is xx take your money elsewhere

Typical shady dealership with liar salesmen who will tell you anything and never answer honestly, just to get your money. Everything the company did was amazingly rude and unprofessional to boot. I have a list of grievances far too long for me to bother typing it all up but trust me YOU DON"T WANT TO BUY ANYTHING HERE. Judging by the other reviews, I wish I had checked Yelp sooner to know what I was getting into. I definitely will never make the mistake of buying from them again, maybe not even Ford dealerships in general based on the unreported issues that Ford '"checks for" but at the end of the day it was probably Gator Ford mechanics that were the issue there.

WOW! What a great up front price they had on an F150 Lariat. However once I asked for an out the door price they got VERY CREATIVE. Every line item add on was inflated far beyond actual costs and then the tacked on "Gator Perks" which they really could not explain the "Perks". $2,850 for WHAT? Once I told them no they dropped that item, but were still not competitive with my local Orlando area dealers. 22% in Extras............no thanks.

Just want to say how nice it was dealing with Scott Brinkman at gator Ford service counter. Scott kept me informed at all times. Scott is very knowledgeable which made me at ease. He arranged me a ride for work, again kept me in the loop and had me back in my truck in no time. Professionalism, attentiveness and attention to detail can not be beaten. Everything was perfect to my liking. I had a few minor things going on with my vehicle and had no idea what to do. When I went in I thought it would be a typical dealership and they not care but Savannah behind the desk blew me away. She told me things that made sense to me that I've never really thought of. Her knowledge and professionalism of everything really had me loving the fact that I even walked in the door. I will definitely come back here all the time now. Thank you , Savannah. Amazing work!
