Ivery impressed with a I very impressed with salesperson Van Phillips and finance person.very unimpressed with results from detailing my truck.I realize I did not spend 50,000 for a truck but I would assume every customer is important to you!!! Very disapointed.

I did not hear from my salesman for 22 months until his used car salesman ran into me at a friends resturant and inquired as to whether I’d be interested in trading in my 2019 for a 2021.

Easy in for a 36 foot motor home. Easy out. This is the only Ford dealer up and down the west coast of Florida that does Ford F53 work.

They are super nice and everyone that I spoke with was really helpful. That being said, they check off that work is done but it is not. One time I brought in my RV just for fluids and oil change..no wiper fluid, I had to put it in myself. Next time, the rep said he contacted my RV dealer so warrant work could be done, he really didn’t follow up with them, kept the RV for a week, I went ahead and paid out of pocket so I could take it on a trip....just to find out the 2 things that they said they fixed.....was not.....really disappointed and for the long drive to get there, it wasn’t worth the drive.... But they are very nice.

Exellent service Bryan at service department is a great guy did everything in his power to help me get my car fix. I will be always grateful for he's help.

Bryan has always gone out of his way to help me with my fleet trucks. Unfortunately this is another case of they can't get it to duplicate what the driver says he is experiencing. I believe it is the driver causing the issue.

Everyone treated us like family from the start. No harsh sales tactics or gimmicks. Answered all our questions and worked with us on everything Definately recommend and will return again for my next purchase.

If I could leave no stars or negative I would! Bought this truck and as I was heading home from the Lot had to turn around due to a issue with a seal on the turbo causing it to leak then shortly after had to take it back due to more issues with the turbo. And even now still having issues now I’m being told it will be a 700$ fix. Same issues with the AC bought it and it wasn’t blowing cold so took it back and they couldn’t figure it out. Took it back and now I’m being told it’s a 2800$ fix that I will have to fix because I purchased the vehicle as is. What a Joke! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE AGAIN! AND I WILL MAKE SURE I DO MY BEST TO ENSURE ANYONE BUYING FROM GATOR FORD KNOWS NOT TO BUY THERE!

Customer service is always professional and courteous. The two times I have had an appointment for simple maintenance- a tire check and an oil change, I have had to wait 3-4 hours for the service to be completed. When I make the appointment, I indicate that I will be waiting and it is always stamped on the service order. So, it is pretty clear that the customer is not leaving the vehicle and returning later. However, it is very difficult to understand why I am made to wait for several hours when I have an appointment. This area of of customer care needs a lot of improvement.
