Great service and professional courtesy from Ghandi Abdallah our service writer. David Learherman the Director could use some management coaching. Leaving a valued customer an unprofessional voice mail for leaving our vehicle on the lot before researching to find it really wasn’t on the lot, then back peddling to blame it on one of his best service writers shows there’s room for professional growth. If it wasn’t for Ghandi’s professional relationship with a valued customer we would have went back to Brandon ford service center.

Great, kind service. Service was quick and complete when Daniel said it would be. Everyone is friendly and curtious. I like being able to get a quote over the phone so I know what to expect when I arive.

Gator Ford Owner, I am the owner of Bishops Marine Transport and the recent service on our 2017 F-450 super duty was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I am frustrated that we did not come to Gator Ford first before Clermont Ford wasted our time and almost performed a $14,000 service on our truck that it did not need because they didn’t diagnose the truck correctly. Gator Ford got our truck in the next day after I had it flat bedded over and had the truck diagnoses and back to us within 7 days. Gator Ford will now get all of our fleet business. A little rocky start with a green sales person that was less than professional, but some experience folks too over and we reached a deal.

What a great experience! We found the truck we wanted online first, then called and talked to Darius about it who went above and beyond to give us information and send additional pictures. We went into the dealership the next day and Zoe was our salesperson. She was great - informative, friendly, and non aggressive, but totally supportive. The whole Gator Ford team was great and really made our car buying experience easy, fast, and not stressful. Definitely recommend!
