I have bought 3 cars with Wexford Kia.

I have bought 3 cars with Wexford Kia. They are friendly, responsive, and work very hard to get the best deal possible. They honored the warranty on my used Sedona on the last day of the warranty and worked with my insurance company so I only owed $100 on a new engine. After I totaled my used Sorento, I was in a new leased Sportage in 2 weeks. I was to get a 2025, but since they did not have one in stock that they could get to me, they gave me a 2026 for the same price I was quoted at for the 2025. I worked with Sales Associate Michael Salati. He is the best! John Clutter and Dave Debruyn in the finance department are great as well. John truly worked some car magic to get the monthly payment down for me.

I have bought 3 cars with Wexford Kia. They are friendly, responsive, and work very hard to get the best deal possible. Purchased 2023 Kia Sportage x line Purchased premium

Purchased 2023 Kia Sportage x line Purchased premium warranty John (finance department) told me I was covered for “Anything” and everything” 4 days latter had a spontaneous windshield crack which since then I found that this is a concern with this model and several owners have had this same problem. I called my sales person. (Derrick) He told me it’s not covered. Thats not what I was told when I signed paperwork. Read online of this growing issue with these windshields Bottom line…The extreme price I paid for financing didn't cover this defect and this dealership had little concern

Great Deal, Poor Follow-Through I drove from Ohio to this dealership to purchase a car, and initially, everything seemed perfect. The communication was clear, and they offered the best deal I could find on the vehicle. However, fast forward 60 days—and now my car is parked and undrivable due to expired tags. I’ve emailed both the sales manager and the salesperson with no response. I’ve also called twice—again, no reply. I eventually emailed the General Manager, who at least responded, but I’m still waiting for any meaningful follow-up. Meanwhile, my wife’s brand-new car just sits in the driveway with expired tags. If you’re local, your experience might go more smoothly. But for out-of-state buyers, I have zero confidence that things will be handled properly after the sale.

Very poor communication, poor service department.

Very poor communication, poor service department. Went back on their word that they would help us and left us hanging with lots of repairs they said they take care of.

These guys are literally angels.

These guys are literally angels. I have been fighting for a newer to me car for the past couple months around uniontown where I’m located with no luck, and they made it happen. Jacob Borden is a top tier salesman and made it as stress-free as possible. He stayed over late last night just to make sure the deal went through. And the financing guy, David Debruyn worked very hard to ensure it did too, on top of hooking me up with the best deal they had for me. There was no rushing me into making a decision, or trying to upsell me when I said I couldn’t afford to do that. If I could rate these guys and this dealership 100 stars I would. And will definitely recommend everyone to go here. Definitely worth the 1.5-2hr drive. Thank you guys so much again!

I went to buy a used Telluride.

I went to buy a used Telluride. When taking for a test drive, i noticed a piece of dog hair. I asked again if it was a pet free/smoke free car. The salesman confirmed it was pet/smoke free again for me and said “their detailer has a dog” and that’s why I saw hair. I thought ok and proceeded with purchase. As I’m about to drive away in my new car, I notice that there’s no floor mats at all. I ask the salesman what happened to all the floor mats. He said “he wasn’t there when they took the car in.” When pressed further he said “they took them out to clean after something happened with their dog.” Now I’ve got conflicting stories and I decide to check the really tight spots one might miss if cleaning the car. Immediately I notice more hair and in every hidden cranny a piece of hair. Totally on me for not noticing right away but the car looked clean and I was trying to trust the dealership. I took a few minutes to think about it and told them I’d like to return the car. We filled out the paperwork and I was on my way. They still have my deposit and aren’t returning calls about sending my money back to me. I’ve called so many times and have left multiple messages for different people at the dealership. Shorkey lied multiple times about the car. What else do they lie about???? Return my deposit Shorkey. I’d never consider them after how they’ve handled this situation. Such horrible service!!

Started off great.

Started off great. Now a nightmare. Lured in for a fraudulent deal, didn't pay of lease as promised, now in collections. Handing over to a lawyer. Buyer beware. No one takes a call . WORST experience ever with a dealership. No shortage of complaints on the internet apparently. Yikes!

We bought our Kia Soul from this dealership three years

We bought our Kia Soul from this dealership three years ago and have found it to be very supportive. Their repair shop is very good. The people are very easy to deal with and answer all of our questions. The repairs we’ve had there have held up very well.
