Highly disappointed with the service I received.

Highly disappointed with the service I received. It’s never a sunny day when the shop tells you that the truck needs a new transmission, and even gloomier when the bill is almost $10,500. Not joking. $10,494. When we went to pay this bill, I asked the service advisor if she could throw in some T-shirts, especially since it’s not every day someone pays a bill this large. She blinked at me in silence. I then said “I know there’s a manager here who CAN help us.” And she then proceeded to tell me there wasn’t, and then blink at me further, without moving from the spot at her desk to go retrieve a manager. So we then left, feeling pretty rode hard by the service department after paying a bill that’s now costed more than tuition is costing me for FOUR YEARS OF COLLEGE. Edit: they also told us they’d give it a wash before driving it around, as well as vacuum it, and yet we get home, and none of the above was completed. So HAPPY I spent TEN GRAND here. /sarcasm SECOND edit: Look how wonderfully the mechanic treated my truck, that was my deceased mothers. I didn’t know GMC certified mechanics kicked doors open with their boots. Awesome! Great training. Photo attached.

ExSeck to be disappointed

Thank you Pablo for calling me and discovering that my biggest concern was the price I was charged for the service I got (or lack of). You stated that your dealership "Strives to make its customers happy" but never offered to reduce the bill by ten cents. Not striving? Here is my problem in practical terms. My stuck door lock. My backyard mechanics took off the door panel and observed the door lock cylinder, just like your certified mechanics did. The difference is, they looked at the celluloid and thought it looked dry so they sprayed a little oil on it and the linkage. Amazing. It works perfectly. It took my mechanics 1.5 hours to diagnose and fix. I was charged 1 hour by your certified mechanics to remove the cover, observe that the locking mechanism was stuck like I told them and just replace the panel. How much more did they estimate it would take them to fix? Over $800 more. Can you see how much more valuable certified mechanics are? Just about $880. Again, my problem is the amount of money you charge for what I didn't get fixed. Your professionals are efficient at taking my money. My backyard mechanics are determined to use observation and common sence to fix the problem effectively and efficiently. Still unhappy with your company pollicies. Try treating your customers like you would want to be treated. Marshall Almarode

Not even worthy of one star! After 6 months of promises...

Not even worthy of one star! After 6 months of promises to get me the $1000 rebate I am due, they did nothing! GM (Andy Flynn), Sales Mgrs (Pedro Acosta and Brian Roberts) and office manager (Katie) never responded to me once. They screwed up when they submitted my car deal (per email from salesperson) and didn't fix it. I did everything per their instructions and got screwed out of $1000 in accessories! Years ago I worked for a dealer for ten years- this stuff is not rocket science but they were clueless! This behavior is what gives car dealers a bad name! I would never buy help any of their poorly run businesses again. My sales person (Austin Snyder) tried to help but wasn't able to get anything done. Lots of promises- zero kept. BUYER BEWARE!

Shady dealership

They lie and do not pay your taxes up front when you sign. No other dealer does this. The dmv was surprised they would even do this and called them shady. Go somewhere else
