    Early December 2020 I saw a 2008 Toyota Solara Convertible advertised for $7,123. It was just what I was looking for. Made an appointment via email with... Ray. Arrived a little late for the appointment but loved the car. Long story short I bought the car. Wrote a check for $6k and put the rest on a credit card. This was the next day. When I saw the total on the card I was a little surprise but could not remember whether I had written the check for $5k or $6k. Because they had to put an alternator on the car I still was not able to take delivery. When Ray delivered the car to me on the 3rd day he gave me a thumb drive that had my paperwork on it. My fault but I didn't look at what was on the drive until a few weeks later. They had charged me over $7.7 for the car. Emailed Ray and told him about the difference. He said he would talk the his manager the next day. I understand my responsibility for not looking at the paperwork immediately but silly me trusted what was on it.

    I have purchased so many new and used vehicles and this is my first time to purchase at this facility. The minute I emailed them, early morning, I received... a follow up and a confirmation that I would immediately be assisted. Not only did my rep greet me at the door, he made sure I was comfortable before starting. Kendrick listened to exactly what I wanted and he made it happen with ease. I was out within 1 hour and I have never met a more efficient team. I will see them in 2 years for my next vehicle. awesome team Mr Andy (director).

    I was shopping for a specific car that was online in Gillman’s Inventory. I called to verify the car was available and told the i was in Sugarland so... would be a 45 minute drive to Spring. They assured me they had the car. As soon as I arrived they told me the car had just sold but I could look at other cars I had no interest in. So instead of being honest, they had no respect for my time, energy gas etc.
