They have alot of turnovers of people here.

Brady was great and responded quickly to all my questions. The jeep I initially wanted got sold and he worked out an amazing deal on another vehicle. I love my Rubicon X!

they had the vehicle i wanted on the lot, I went there and my salesman Jason Gingras was great, he made the buying process, quick, efficient and painless, i will definitely buy again from south strand and have Jason as my salesman

The service department is AWFUL as I just left there and

The service department is AWFUL as I just left there and this is the second time they have done this to me. I scheduled an appointment a week prior and I get there and they have no record of my appointment (2nd time this has happened). Then once there they said if the work was done at another Dodge dealership it would not be covered (Team Dodge). I explained to them when I made the appointment I told them it is the same code coming up and that it was originally worked on at Team Dodge, I was told that wouldn't be a problem and to bring my paperwork. Once there they said it is not covered and that they had no information on my truck when inputting my VIN number. I know this is untrue as when I took to another Dodge dealership for the first time they entered the VIN number and they had the truck history. I did not get the person's name that I spoke with when I made the appointment a week prior to 1/14/2025 but the person had a heavy southern drawl. When at the service counter the two men there said it would have been one of them that I would have spoken with and I told them this is the second time I call to make an appointment and time of the appointment they have no record. They treated me as if I was just some dumb female and they were both just sitting there twiddling their thumbs. Absolute incompetence at this dealership in their service department. If I would have had any indication this would have happened AGAIN I wouldn't have wasted my time and now I'm supposed to be leaving for Florida and Friday and my truck has not been serviced for the check engine light and don't know if my truck will make it there and back safely!!!
