    ###Beware Beware Beware### GENERAL MANAGER(ROBERT HAYNER) I purchased a used Chevy avalanche from South Strand Chrysler and when I called to get information... on the vehicle I spoke with the general manager (Robert Hayner). He is a very very dishonest person, will not reply to texts, phone calls or voice mails. He promised me they don’t buy vehicles from the northern states and that the truck only had slight surface rust on the tail pipe. At the time of the call he couldn’t pull up the car fax as their system was down. Should have been my 1st clue. He assured me that the vehicle would be ready for the 1200 mile trip back home. I trusted his word and flew from Oklahoma to purchase the vehicle. I arrived at night the truck looked ok. We leave with it to find out no tag lights, right blinker light was out and the spare tire had 14psi in it. What an inspection they performed... The salesman sent me the car fax the next day the truck is from Pennsylvania and had rust underneath it. Be very cautious on buying from this place as you MUST not trust a word that comes from General Manager (Robert Hayner). As of now it’s my problem and yes I let my guard down which I should not have done. I type this so that hopefully it doesn’t happen to someone else.

    My 2011 jeep liberty would not allow me to lock the doors the horn would blow and it would say gate meaning my tailgate wasn't closed. I asked around and... know one seemed to be able to locate the problem so I took it to South Strand Chrysler,jeep, ram when I initially went I told the service person what was going on and that I wanted my keyphob reset, the person told me that they would have to do a diagnostic check that would cost me over a hundred dollars, but it would be subtracted my bill, I was then told that I needed a new latch so l let them replace the latch . My bill afterwards was $300.00 I don't think the $100.00 dollars was subtracted I was told that it was. May be six months afterwards I had the same problem took it back and they said it was repaired again, well here we are again don't remember how long it was this time, but I have the same problem, now I'm being told that I need a new keyphobe that will cost over $100.00 dollars. So after paying them around $400.00 i still have the same problem .

    Great sales man, very responsive to our questions and very informative about 2020 Jeep wrangler. We appreciate his time. we are enjoying the jeep and... can not wait for summer to take the tops of to get the sunshine.

    Had a great service experience at South Strand Dodge today. After discovering that my tires were not rotated as I had requested, "Shawn" (service rep)... made arrangements for me to come in to have the work completed. Within 20 minutes after I got there, it was done. Thanks Shawn!

    My family and I were headed out of town and the driver side window of our vehicle wouldn’t roll up. My husband called and spoke with Wendy who was extremely... helpful and friendly. They took us in immediately and we were able to get the window fixed and get back on our way to start our family vacation. We were not in the market for a new vehicle but my husband and I chatting with Frank (Elvis) while we waiting and he was also very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. The information for repair was very straight forward and we were given options instead of feeling pressured in to an ‘only‘ option situation. Thank you so much to everyone that helped us!
