Terrible customer service, Service manager and GM will
Terrible customer service, Service manager and GM will tell you one thing then do another. Very rude and disrespectful. Negative stars should be in the rating for this dealership (Miracle Nissan of Augusta). Never in my entire life have I ever experienced service at this level. I took my truck in to the service department to have the engine checked out due to being told about the #7 piston frailer. They told me that would have to change out the short block. This was on 17 Nov. 2022. The dealership received all the parts on 30 Nov. 2022. I was told by Jason the service writer I would have my Truck back by the 12th of Dec 2022. Then I was told I would have my Truck by the 15th by the Service Manager, and Jason. I talk to the GM ( Mike ) he gave me he would make sure I got my truck on time and without problems. Well now the day is being pushed again. They are unwilling to give me a car or a truck to drive. They have been told over and over that I would be taking this truck on my Christmas trip. This Dealership could care less. Not sure why it is taking 30 days to do this work other then they are being true xxx holes and will give me my truck when they are ready. To summarize the story, with this last bit of news, I say buy a different dealer and different brand. I have always had a Nissan in my life my first one was a 240z, then a 260z then I git a B210 then went back to 280z. But at this point with no help from Nisan with this issue I will never buy another Nissan ever. The GM (Mike ) and the service manager should man up and be men of their word. They gave me "their word" about this. HA! That never happened! Trust? Integrity? Is something these so called men don’t have. What a joke. Why would you ever do business with these type of people? Throughout the entire process, I could never get anyone to give me the truth when my truck would be ready. Most of the times, I just had to show up. Please stay away from this place. Murphy Auto Group. You'll encounter nothing but a group of liars, con artists and scams. Don't put yourself through this type of torture. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

If the goal is to provide an exceptional experience then maybe you should work on peoples cars on time and give it back to them with in a reasonable time. Keeping some ones car and using the statement that you are working on the car or truck taking your time to do it right. but then on the last days slap it together and have to spend a few more days trying to find the problems. Do I feel confidant about the repair? not really and when you ask Nissan or the dealer who is going to warranty the work, what you get is really a no answer to the question. So if Nissan is not willing to stand behind the work tells me they are also not confident in the work. This was a issue that is known to Nissan but they have yet to do a recall on it and now seems they are not willing to stand behind the work. The service rep was on the ball!
The service rep was on the ball! It would be helpful if functionality of scheduling software was better in detecting that a vehicle scheduled for a recall repair did not have all the parts ordered. I bought vehicle in for recall repair to find out there were two recalls. I could have saved the trip.

You have one chance at a first impression. Today we stopped to look at an SUV. The window sticker said it had a $5K markup. When introduced to a salesperson I asked about it. They said “the manufacturer makes us mark up the vehicles. We can work with you though.” That’s not true at all. Manufacturers do not require market adjustments. That is dealer controlled in full. A market adjustment on a new car is simply added profit. The dealership believes demand for the vehicle supports a price higher than the manufacturer-suggested retail price on the government-mandated Monroney window sticker.
