Horrible Experience – Completely Dishonest Dealership! I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this dealership. They outright lied to me and tried to scam me into paying for damages that were their responsibility. When it was delivered to my home, I noticed the windshield was already broken—a damage that was clearly not caused by me. I have evidence that proves the windshield was broken before delivery, but this dealership still tried to convince me otherwise. What infuriates me the most is that they "never mentioned" any prior damages or repairs to the windshield in any of the paperwork I signed. They didn't disclose that the windshield had been broken or repaired at all. And then, when I reached out to them, they tried to "charge me out-of-pocket" for something that was their fault! To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim they were taking the hit themselves and that it would be "unfair" to expect them to cover it. In the end, I was "forced to pay half the repair cost", which is completely unfair. I shouldn’t have been made responsible for a problem that was clearly on their end. The dealership doesn't care about customer satisfaction or doing the right thing. They’re only interested in getting as much money as possible, even if it means being dishonest. I strongly recommend you do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. Go somewhere where they treat customers with respect, where they disclose damages properly. Don’t make the mistake I did—this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and it’s shameful how they operate. "Totally dishonest and untrustworthy!" Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. Definitely felt helpless and cheated throughout the whole process don't know how to do business.

Great experience, great SUV.

My experience was great! I was able to buy a car that was really nice at a great price. The owner was great, friendly, and helpful. The staff was helpful and made sure that I was able to view the car at a time that fit my schedule. I did not feel pressured. The process was easy and fast. I was able to take the car to my mechanic and he verified that the car was a good buy, minus a few minor things that they fixed prior to purchase. I would recommend buying a car from Mega Motors.

Experts, honest and straight to the point. got my family a nice journey, i wish i stopped by long ago. they don,t inflate prices like other when you finance.

omg love the staff

left the dealer, relaxed and happy, i recommend Fred and Mallik all day. i found the car i want and asked them to replace the tires. My car was ready in 30 minutes.

2010 CALIBER, GREAT BUY

I was on a budget and couldn't find a decent car with low miles till i got here, bought this great caliber with 75k miles for only 4k. Thank you guys
