She always gets whatever you need done! I would give her a raise!!! When i've taken it in she's friendly, sympathetic, straight up, doesn't try to get you to do more than what you need! Always available put me in a loaner or a lyft to get me to work or home! i know these guys don't have the best job because they deal with peoples car problems...she makes it look easy! Thank you Alexa for being the best at what you do.

After much help 2 years ago getting advice on how to sell my deceased in-laws Civic Honda, I not only chose to buy a Honda, but insisted on getting it from Northside Honda. Never considered shopping around to other Honda locations at all.

Service time was longer than expected but overall it was a good experience. I would recommend the service department to other Honda owners.

I was promptly greeted by Mark Hannawi. He prepared the paperwork for the needed oil change and also explained additional work that might be needed once my car was checked. He kept me informed while my car was being serviced. He was very courteous and helpful and I appreciate his professionalism.
