Bad customer service

I think they have bad customer service. I had to keep calling to see what was going on with my car. I couldn’t get through to talk to anyone. I had to call multiple times before I got through. I will not take my car there again. I’m not sure if they are short staffed but I think they need to let their customers know what’s going on with their car instead of the customer trying to get through to find out for themselves.


Outstanding service from Northside Honda!!!

I had the most OUTSTANDING experience with Northside Honda!! The staff is exceptional! The customer service is unbeatable! The service staff is top notch!! No words can describe how pleased I am with Northside Honda!!


Over THREE hour wait with appointment 🙄

I had an appointment and still had to wait over THREE hours for an oil change. I’m a new Honda owner and decided to drive over 30 miles to get this oil change done here because I thought that Honda had a great customer service reputation but instead I left there with a sick feeling in my stomach. They made recommendations for almost $900 and some were absolutely unnecessary according to their own guidelines. For example, they Recommend a service that should be done every 100,000 miles when my car only has 40,000 miles. When I went to pay the high cost of an oil change of $46, the guy at the front charged me $ 76. When I questioned the difference, he said it was for the tire rotation which I was told it would be included in the oil change. He couldn’t look at me because he knew he was being misleading and I honestly believe that he was going to pocket that money. And to top it all off, the TPMS light comes on after a few hours. I should have listened to my instinct and go to the Toyota dealership across the street from my house who is offering $ 19.99 oil changes. I wish my first visit at the Northside Honda was positive but unfortunately it was the worst.


Great service.

The work was done fast and reasonably priced. Loaner was provided at my request, definitely suggest Northside Honda if u need work done. Customer service was prompt with all answers needed.


Extremely long wait.

A simple oil change and tire rotation took over three hours and I was the only one in the lobby for over an hour. The front desk service guys were playing basketball instead of checking the status of my vehicle and it’s progress. Had to take the car back because the steering wheel was vibrating. Totally disappointed with the customer service and the job performed.


Dealerships make me Cranky

First of all…I hate dealerships. Nothing against anyone in the business. The structure of any dealership makes the sales people turn into Zombies waiting for the next meal. I got approved for a loan online for a car that was for my son. Took the paperwork into the dealership, already knew exactly what we wanted. Joseph took great care in introducing my son to the car. Finance office offered a “better” APR but ultimately 4,000$’s more than bank quoted, and walked out the door.



I have always brought my car(s) to this dealership for maintenance. I am pleased with their experience and work ethic. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.


Terrible service department

A 30 minute service turned into a 3 hour headache. Never taking my Accord there again. Asked them to check a tire that was leaking air slowly, they said nothing was wrong and the sensors are “sensitive”. The tire continued to loose air, so my husband took the car to Discount Tire. They found a nail in the tire and repaired it for free. So Dangerous!!!!


Used Lexus RX 350 Purchase

Excellent customer service. Staff were patient, friendly, informed, and eager to answer all of our questions. In particular, I'd like to praise Brandon Mayes for his top-tiered professionalism and level of customer service. Brandon made us confident that we were receiving the best possible deal on our purchase and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable throughout all stages of the buying process. Even more impressive, after we purchased the vehicle, Brandon offered his personal cell for us to reach out in the event of any additional questions/concerns. Northside Honda is lucky to have such a phenomenal employee.


First time buyer

Wonderful and friendly staff. Was very helpful since this was my first time buying my own car. Appropriated Raul taking the time to bring me my car!
