    I had an oil change done and they also gave me a report on other problems, one being wipers. I bought new wipers from you guys roughly 8 months ago. ... Are you warranting mine such you said they are bad?

    I took my car for oil change, tire rotation, Wipers blades change, air filter and cabin filter. I was told the service was going to take 1.5 hours to 2... hours and I accepted but after 2 hours I was called to see the report and accept Or denied the extras they reported.. I declined any extras and was told the paperwork and my car were going to be ready in a few minutes. After some time one of the service representatives told the manager (Rudy) about it but he didn’t care. He even passed by next to me and didn’t say a word or apologize. My service representative went to the back with the technician several times but no answer. I had to go to the back myself to get an answer and they even took more than 30 minutes to give me my car back and I don’t know if they did all they were supposed to do.

    This was my first time to visit this dealership. Service needs was an oil change, tire rotation, air filter and cabin filter replacement. The service... advisors Tim and Parrish were excellent and thorough. The cost of service was considerably less that what I had previously paid at another dealership that I’ve used for the last several years. The customer waiting area was clean and COVID-19 safe. All personnel I encountered were friendly. The wait time was reasonable. Lastly a nice surprise, they washed my car. Will definitely return to this dealership for service again.

    The service on a oil change was to long,2 and 1/2 hours came in and only had less than 5 people in the waiting area ,other people came in and left before... I did ?Not happy!

    This dealership seemed to be more concern with finding work to be done on my car then servicing my immediate needs. They quickly provided a list of potential... repairs then they took almost 2 hours to replace battery (2 bolts) and charged me $40 for labor!!

    Very poor communication on their part. Services that were recommended were not necessary yet and totaled almost 4,000 dollars. Spent 6 hrs waiting for... car!

    Hondas sell themselves, so picking the right car for your needs and your buying experience is key to Honda Corporation’s reputation. As a military family... we have purchased cars all over the world and USA. Except for the ride to pick up the Volvo in Sweden no dealer has surpassed Northside Honda dealership staff’s consumer focused car sales. They are consummate professionals, know their products, excel at emotional intelligence during interpersonal interactions, and they genuinely want the buyer to get what they BUYER needs. Their honesty and courteous behavior is refreshing in comparison to the other Honda dealerships in San Antonio. I am not an impulse buyer, so I shopped around for over a month. I interacted with several dealers and Northside Honda NEVER applied pressure or disengaged their interest even when I made it clear I would not be buying a car on the same day. I was deciding between two vehicles and searching for the best deal. This is my second Honda purchase from Northside Honda and the reason is they are the best source for your high priced purchase and genuinely will not up sell you. Every element of the experience with Northside Honda surpassed other dealerships. Northside Honda Dealership thank you.

    Purchased a used vehicle for my grand-daughter from NS Honda and my experience with my sales rep Richard and finance Mgr Russ was great. Working from... home I didn't have time to go to the dealership so Richard brought the vehicle to my home for me to test drive. The vehicle was in mint condition so high marks on the quality of their used vehicles. I would highly recommend this dealership and their staff if you want a no hassle pleasant buying experience.
