No straight forward or honest about anything. The issue is that the same people are great but the finance people are not so. To make matters worse if you rate the finance people bad it affects the sales person’s bonuses and pay. You are forced to rate the overall experience as a 10 just so the sales person receives their bonuses. Crooked finance departmen.

We had such a great experience. Richard was so helpful and courteous during our car buying experience. We originally planned on getting a used car, but he helped us find a great deal on a new one.

I bought my car in for a battery check. Had an 11 o’clock appt. Finally after 3-1/2 hours was determined I needed a new battery. Finally after 4 hours of waiting my car was ready. Terrible service on their part. Other customers were not happy about the amount of time to have their vehicles serviced.

She always gets whatever you need done! I would give her a raise!!! When i've taken it in she's friendly, sympathetic, straight up, doesn't try to get you to do more than what you need! Always available put me in a loaner or a lyft to get me to work or home! i know these guys don't have the best job because they deal with peoples car problems...she makes it look easy! Thank you Alexa for being the best at what you do.
