My experience with Dave Arbogast Ford was spectacular. They went above and beyond to service my car. Despite my car still being under warranty, several other Ford dealerships were unwilling to service my vehicle and provide the loaner that is guaranteed under my warranty. When it came to Dave Arbogast coordinating a loaner vehicle, Leah was very accommodating and friendly. The first person I spoke to in the service department was Justin. Each time I called back, he was very pleasant and willing to help. He communicated updates throughout the entire process, and he did an excellent job explaining the situation in a technical way and with layman’s terms. Needless to say, my experience with Dave Arbogast Ford was outstanding and I would highly recommend them for all of your service needs!

We bought my first brand new SUV today(2023 Ford Explorer XLT) and over the past couple days Zach has been great answering all my questions, helping make it easier for me to get my daughter's carseat in and out for test drives, he was patient with my 5 year old who was very active during our visit, and got me into a vehicle I love with a payment I can afford! He also helped my fiance get into his first new Ford F-150 with the payment he needed! I would 100% recommend Dave Arbogast Ford and working with Zach Cromwell when looking for a vehicle.
