Issue wasn't resolved.

Issue wasn't resolved. They told me it was double checked. They've had my car for months and it was taken back 3 times for the same issue.

You guys fit me in for a front end alignment asap when

You guys fit me in for a front end alignment asap when you didn't have to. I got pictures of my cars situation which was cool. I also got a recommendation to have my transmission looked at before my trip. Dodge, who did my oil change, didn't even mention anything about the transmission. So them going above beyond possibly saved me much money and many headaches :)

Everything went smoothly Marcos kept me informed about the delivery of the Bz Limited. On arrival at the dealership, he made sure it would be delivered to me in Bend. It was awesome, when delivered it had only 2 miles on it. Luv the Bz Limited.

It was awesome spoke with Marcos on the phone regarding purchasing two Bz. Drove to the dealership to pickup the XLE. Was done and out of there in an hour. When the Bz limited arrived, Marcos arranged for the car to be delivered to me in Bend and picked up my trade in. I also got an excellent offer on the trade-in and both Bz's.

Good communication and service on my 10,000 mile

Good communication and service on my 10,000 mile maintenance. They replaced the air and cabin filters. They also updated the software. Prior to servicing, my dashboard had a TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) failure message that said to take my vehicle to a Toyota dealership to have the system fixed. I requested to have the system fixed. My tire pressure was two pounds greater than the amount shown on the door when I took it in. They increased the tire pressure then brought it back to two pounds over the amount on door because that was the tire pressure they recommended for winter temperatures. My dashboard still has the system failure error message. I live 100 miles from the dealership. I plan to request again to have the system fixed when I bring my car back for its 15,000 mile maintenance. Hopefully with better service with the problem.
