The employees/car salesmen are amazing!

The employees/car salesmen are amazing! They work hard to get you a great vehicle in your price range and with the characteristics you are looking for. They didn’t have a lot of cars/trucks but the ones available were great both new or used. One of the best dealerships I’ve encountered in Texas. I would gladly recommend anyone to try them. Regardless of your credit.

The purchasing experience was good.

The purchasing experience was good. Damian Murillo did a good job during the sale process. I also really like the car. My main issue relates to the Sirius XM radio feature my car is supposed to have. Post sale I have had no success in getting that feature enabled. It has been over 3 weeks since I drove the car home and still no Sirius XM. The folks at Sirius XM tell me Mitsubishi has not performed the registration action of informing them I bought the car. I am getting fairly annoyed at this.

I was greeted friendly they listen to my problem I was in

I was greeted friendly they listen to my problem I was in and out of there within an hour I had to get a new key but the most ridiculous part was being charged $200 for labor just to go in the back to get a key plus the cost of the key other than that the service rep was very polite
