Great experience, great vehicle, excellent price

I'm bummed to see the negative reviews, as I had a great experience with this dealer. I understand the initial red flags, as they don't have a traditional store front or lot (it's a small warehouse), the vehicles don't have a description on the website, and the owner is tough to get a hold of sometimes. However, after going there to see the vehicle I wanted, all of my concerns disappeared. They were incredibly nice, generous, and the vehicle was great (not a mark on it). The wonderful prices likely stem from the lack of employees and store front, but also explains why you may have to wait longer for a response or phone call (which is absolutely worthwhile!). The other vehicles in the warehouse were very nice: all close to new, low miles, and lacked any damage history. They sell great cars for wholesale prices, and I'd buy from them anytime. I had a long drive home (I'm out of state), and the owner called me later that night to make sure I got home okay (that's amazing!). I had such a good experience, and made a new friend by the time I left. I can't help but believe that there's more to the stories tied to the negative reviews, as the owner was great to me throughout the process.

Bad Service - Shady Dealer

Drove 15 hours, found oil leaks. Dealer backed out of the sale and sold to someone else without addressing the issues. Went back on his word to get it fixed and proceed with the deal

Owner is Racist and Not professional at all!

Update 2/6/2019 Owner is Racist and a Loser (read his racist responses on Google before proceeding). As I have stated facts, the owner just spews replys with racist and personal racists for all of his responses. Doesn't know how to run a business and gets mad, racist and bigoted responses which will show his true colors and a great business model! Facts: -Spoke to the owner that I am out of state and had another family member go see the car 1 hour away. -Called to put the deposit down but he wouldn't pickup calls for 3 straight days. -Finally did get a hold of him and he told me that he had the car and that we had a verbal deal that i'll come pickup the car 2 days later. When I mentioned about putting down a deposit he said "its okay". -I rented a car to drive down 240 miles with my young children and stayed at family's place. -Suddenly the next day after I get to VA i cannot get a hold of the owner as I called several times through the day. -The day of the agreed upon sale I call him again before I had to drive an hour to meet him and he texts back saying "car sold". What a clown! -Called me later in the day to tell me the car was sold and then proceeds to tell me "ohh there was no deposit" WHAT an idiot!! Tells me oh I'll have more Camry's 3-4 days later , OK. I was willing to buy the car "as is" on trust from this guy without any price haggling so no idea where the "Cheap" comes from? Original Review: Shady and Dishonest Location. Good luck trying to get this guy on the phone and honoring anything he says on the phone. A lot of red flags for this location: Brand new dealer who has closed 3 other locations in the last 3 years (opened and closed each year). All of a sudden reviews within a week. When asked questions about Car titles he says it would be mailed. Agreed up deals suddenly become "SOLD" causing a lot of hassle and what not. Deal at your own risk as noted the person is not reliable and dishonest at best. AMS
