This was the first visit to a dealership where I was not

This was the first visit to a dealership where I was not stressed out and feeling like someone was trying to rip me off. I actually had fun! They found me a truck which exceeded my expectations and for a great price. Highly recommend my friends at Executive Auto Group Chevrolet.

I liked that I could make an appointment on line.

I liked that I could make an appointment on line. The staff was friendly. It took about an hour and a half for service which was great. Would highly recommend the service department.

I got what I was settling for but truck has a scrape I

I got what I was settling for but truck has a scrape I didn't know about and window shades were falling off didn't come with fresh oil change roof of truck wasn't washed at all upon receiving the truck it wasn't vacumed to good there was still frito under the seat even though I pointed it out on test drive

Dealership has been great.

Dealership has been great. But I have some concerns over the issue with my 4 month old 2025 new car that has a leak which should not have happened snd can’t be fixed for weeks seeing there are no parts. That is not on the dealership but on Chevrolet. Doesn’t make me feel good overall.

Great service team.

Great service team. I was planning to wait for my trucks 15,000 mile service and Mark was very transparent with me that it might be a while because there were two recalls. I appreciated that he communicated with me so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was taking so long.
