Man I came in struggling today been trying to get outta

Man I came in struggling today been trying to get outta my gas guzzling truck and in a car and Calvin the car man got me to trade in my truck and put me in a new 2024 Nissan Sentra for a lower monthly payment then the truck I was in I’m very thank for for running in to him today I’ll give him a 5 star rating any day of the week

Bait and swicth

Mailers are bait and switch scam. Called confirmation number told I had won. Called dealership told I had won. They called me from Texas told me I had won . Told all 3x told I didn’t have to buy anything just show up pick up winnings. Got there person I was told to talk to wasn’t there. Confirmation number didn’t match and would have to buy car to get prize. Bait and Switch. They do that just to get you in. They’ll do worse to get your money.

Don't go here

2022 pathfinder bought after I assume it had all bells and whistle lexus did. Just kinda of mislead for sure by the salesman. The two things I wanted was roof which got put in . Had to return because of an air leak. When deleiver seem someone scratch on the dash of the car. Joey told me they could fix or offer me a 1000. I took the money mean time, discover no device in the car to open up my gate and garage. Request if could have one installed for the 1000 I was owe. Joey told me yes. But I ask this mirror won't cost a 1000 as I priced them and new it wasn't a thousand, Joey I. Text told I would get some money back. Now mirror link won't sink to my gate . After several attempts to fix this still is not working after I spent much time researching it won't sink to the mighty mule gate. When I ask avout the money left Joey just kept telling me he would find out. This has been going since June and now he has back track and there is no money. So I have a thousand dollars mirror that doesn't work and no money. It's about the check I was promised of money left. I am basically screwed that my plan to get rid of the car and get the lexus I wanted from get go. So upset and Joey passed himself off as a Christian. Shame on him for the lies he told.

No keys

Set up appointment 36 miles away got there no keys couldn’t find them, fifteen minutes later walked out to back to find it and truck was still in plastic. I left!

HORRIBLE

This place is a scam, they do whatever they can do get you to sign and then do zero follow through with the original agreement. This place is a joke, and I would absolutely never recommend it. I bought a car may 2020 and honestly regret giving this place my business. Please go anywhere else

Orr oil change, now have oil dripping

Took my wife's new Nissan to Orr Nissan for oil change. Noticed oil on garage floor. Opened hood, oil is all over motor. I dried as much oil as I could. The worse part of this horrible experience is that I've politely and professional left numerous messages for the General Manager and Service Manager to call me. They have not called back. Recommendation: If you go to Orr Nissan to have your car serviced (which I would recommend you don't), pop the hood before you drive off and make sure they did their job.

DECEPTIVE

Entire process became very deceptive. Started okay, people seemed nice at first but I was pressured to make a fast decision based on lies. All of the numbers were skewed on the final paperwork and everything turned out to be a huge lie. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Great car buying experience. Tre Haywood Was very helpful and went far and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car purchase. Would definitely recommend.
