Great overall experience and the customer service is above all dealerships I have personally ever been to. I have been looking for 4 months to get what... I would consider the perfect SUV and I found it at Car City. Chris was extremely helpful in guiding me thru the entire process. I cannot express enough how great his team was to work with. I can be a handful which I am well aware of. Chris and team spent 2 weeks working with me and actually FOUND the SUV I wanted. I wish I would have knows 4 months ago that all I had to do was mention to Car City that I have been searching for a white on black Ford Expedition and they would go get it for me. It was almost like Door Dash! I ordered and they delivered. I wanted to wait at least a month before putting up a review since it is exciting to get a new car and a great review may not be exactly true a few weeks later. So far it has been 5 weeks and I could not be happier with my Ford. I was also very surprised at the financing rate I was given considering my credit is not the best and I did not have a lot of money to put down. Overall my experience deserved a 5 Star review and I am truly a very satisfied customer. Thanks Chris and Team Car City!
I was treated with the excellent respect and walked thru the entire process even though I had very little money down and have bad credit (just to be honest).... The owner Chris and his Wife (and cute baby) were all there together which made it feel like a true mom and pop shop. Chris helped me get a loan and a car that I could afford and love. Please go to Car City, you will love the experience!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy anything. I came in a week ago to discuss a car and find out what kind of down payment... I needed. The person at the dealership was helpful and said he would be in touch. He was not. Neither were any of the other people I called throughout the week and spoke to. I was NEVER called back. Not for all the times I called. I decided I was very interested and called yesterday evening to schedule to come buy the car this morning. The person I spoke to, Robert, was very shady when I asked to speak to my original sales person but said he would be there this morning when they opened. No one was there when they opened. I waited 20 mins for someone to show up only to be told that not only was Robert not there but they had loaned my car out to someone who was getting a windshield replaced. They assured me they would see what was going on and get back to me. 3 hours later the original salesman called me and said he would try to get the car to me ASAP. He said he would call me back by 5. Shockingly, he did not. When I called the dealership I was once again relegated to Robert who informed me that despite what I was told on top of everything else they couldn’t finance it for me in house as promised. They are also saying the want double the down payment I was originally told. He said he would call me back to figure something out. I’m still waiting. Horrible service and mismanagement.
I came in to look at a 2007 Acura RDX. The first time I came in the price was very reasonable. Because I live a distance away, I was unable to get there... for another week - I should say the sales person was extremely patient with me and I liked him very much. In the week’s time I was happy to see that the price had come down even further. I finally got to see the car again, took it to the Acura dealer for an inspection. The inspection report showed $1800 of repairs that were needed - the biggest issues were motor mounts and transmission mounts being loose. This is an expensive fix and also a safety issue. The Acura dealership told me that there was a possibility that once they made these repairs they would find other issues because they weren't sure what caused the damage. I told all of this to the sales person. I was unhappy because I really liked the car, but it was obvious that it was something I could not afford to commit to. In the week since this occurred, the dealership has raise the price of this car over $1000. I see nothing to indicate that the work has been done. The salesperson knew I loved the vehicle so I assume that they have raised the price knowing that this vehicle has serious issues. I really hope that whoever looks at this car that's what I did, and takes it to the Acura dealership Or has their own mechanic look at it.
Went to Car City to buy an SUV. They gave me a great deal and even beat my interest rate from USAA. Chris and his wife are hands on owners and they have... a baby girl making it truly a Mom and Pop store. You would be doing yourself a great favor by going to see Chris and he will personally help you get a great deal on a great car. Thanks Cr City and Chris.
