This was probably one easiest trade in and used car purchases that I've ever had. Kevin was very responsive and not he slightest bit pushy at all. Worked out the deal before even coming into the dealership and everything went smoothly during pick up. Would definitely recommend.

Would give negative rating for customer service if I could. No concern for customer needs, poor attention to detail and blatant lying. Was told our car would be taken care of within week when we had it towed for maintenance issue. The next day was informed they couldn't even look at our car for two more weeks and have no loaners available. Spoke with two "leaders" - neither of which cared to actual help find a workable solution and told me that my experience "did not matter". Looking at other reviews on the service provided, will eagerly pay out of pocket to have car serviced elsewhere. Should have done more research in advance but think we dodged a bullet getting our car out of here ASAP.

I cannot say enough fabulous things about the team at Victor Chrysler! The dealership is absolutely gorgeous. I recently had a service appointment, the service writer went above and beyond for me. I was updated throughout the entire appointment. During my wait, I was able to get some work completed on my laptop in their beautiful customer lounge. The whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this group.

I just purchased my second jeep wrangler from these guys.The customer service and whole transaction is always flawless. As a woman shopping for a vehicle can be intimidating and scarey, but these guys pay attention to every detail, they never made me feel stupid for asking certain questions and were very accommodating for my every need. The integrity and respect I received from the minute I spoke to a phone rep,Tegan to my salesman Kevin and even spoke to the service manager Martin . Every single person made me even more convenient in my purchase. Great job!!!!

Great experience
Don’t know where to start regarding my experience with Victor CDJR. I recently purchased a used Corvette. Everyone on the staff was enormously helpful, Kellie who assisted by phone ( I live outside Buffalo) to Kevin Renna my salesperson to the business manager. Low pressure, helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicle was fairly priced and the experience was great. Further, this company has integrity, something that’s in short supply too often. I say that as during the vehicle inspection the technician discovered dry rot on the inside of the tires. I would never have known. Instead of ignoring the issue or advising I’d need to replace the tire Victor CDJR replaced all of them at no charge. Not a cheap thing to do. If you’re looking for honesty and integrity look no further.

Your sons car would have gotten fixed with great service if you didn’t call the dealership swearing at the employees before and during the appointment. I hope you get the help you very clearly need.

Victor dodge
My son bought a dodge ram 2019 Kevin and fiancé manager was great. But service department sucks. My son radio was cutting in and out and told Harrison said they would take care of it then dust shield falls off and the manifold problem got I in after month and half. They orders parts no communication when or if parts arrived they told me call Chrysler. That’s your job not mine. Then told me two out of three parts came in made an appointment last for last Wednesday come find out no one was going call me or my son why his truck was there. Harrison day off never wrote appointment down after I called and my son called before me every thing was all set. I had some words and I asked speak to Matt the owner he was no help not making customers happy and took his employees words over customers. He worst owner. They all lied but thank you to another dealership that worked on my son truck.

Buyer BEWARE
My husband was attempting to purchase a 3500 Ram from them they have in stock when they low balled him on his trade in. Then when we called them out on the lowball trade offer they suggested we sell our trade to CarMax then come buy the 3500 from them. We then asked them to come up on the price of our trade in to what CarMax offered us and they refused to do so or even come up a little on the trade. About an about later we received a phone call from salesman Tyler stating they wanted to restructure the deal with us as they wanted our business but where now offering us a $1,000 less for our trade in.
