We enjoy having Derek Etcher as our advisor. He listens and answers all questions. He does not pressure us and is most pleasant handling all aspects of our purchases. We have one complaint about the 2021 Hyundai SantaFe, we are not happy that a spare tire is not included in this model.

Bought my daughter her first car with Paul Smith at Lauria Hyundai. He was honest and easy to deal with and I had fun with his dry humor. Had an issue with an accessory missing on delivery but he got that taken care of right away and even dropped it at my house. Now have a car from each Lauria dealership and I love them both.

Lauria Hyundai is a amazing dealership they go above and beyond in the service department and sales department to make sure you leave there satisfied . Derek Etcher is the best sales representative anywhere he’s professional polite he takes the time to make sure your happy and make the best decision with your new vehicle. I have had 2 great experiences at Lauria Hyundai in Port Hope. I love the Santa Fe! I have bought two there now and after someone hitting my first one, they were the best to deal with on my trade in. There were some issues with the carfax and they helped me navigate it to get it corrected and gave me a great trade in price. I also took my daughter there to purchase her car from Derek. Gave her a great rate and price. I am always happy to send people to Derek as i found he was great to explain everything and he has done great follow up me. I get help from with a phone call if I have an issue. Prompt service too! The vehicle is amazing and Derek Etcher is the man!
