They play games and act like the vehicle that’s online is not available and they raise the price when you check in with them. I went to another dealer and found what I was looking for and got the price that was on line. Will never do business with these people.

I didn't finance or trad in. I picked up the car at the dealer, but Chris did come out to the house to explain several things. I met with him again for a few minutes a few days later, and I'll likely have a few more questions in a week or two.

The lobby is bright and clean. The rest area in the back is comfortable and well stocked with snacks and beverages. The staff are friendly and respectful. Our transaction was smooth and easy. Thank you Pei Pei and Seth for your service. We are very happy with our new ES 300H. This is our fourth Lexus from your dealership.

I had a positive experience initially when purchasing my Lexus; the sales process went smoothly, and I was excited about my new vehicle. Unfortunately, that experience has since been overshadowed by a serious issue involving the unauthorized use of my personal information. I recently discovered that someone at the dealership used my information to apply for a Lexus credit card—something I did not authorize. To make matters worse, I have reached out to the dealership four times and left three voicemails with no response. Two messages were left specifically for the Finance Supervisor and one for the Director of Finance. I also spoke with the receptionist, who assured me that Jesse (Manager) or Ryan Ando (Manager) would follow up. To date, no one has returned my calls. This lack of accountability and responsiveness is truly disheartening and unacceptable, especially given the seriousness of the situation. I expected more from a Lexus dealership and hope that someone will take this matter seriously and contact me promptly to address it.
