Not only did they hold a vehicle for me that I told them

Not only did they hold a vehicle for me that I told them I was going to buy (I live like 3 hours away) but they replaced the windshield because I found a small crack in it. Then there was a miscommunication during the financing process so they forgot to fill me up with gas and fluids but they just made me whole and sent me cash to reimburse me for the money it took to fix the miscommunication and made me whole. Honest, nice, and straightforward guys. Definitely not your average used car salesmen. There’s a reason they’re 5 stars with so many reviews on google. If you doubt them, the jokes on you. Go see them for yourself. My favorite part is that they owned the mistake instead of just saying cyah later after the sale, that right there is great character A++ for their professionalism

Rude treatment

Put a down payment down on a car that wasn't inspected.i was told that it would go up for inspection that same day which it did & failed.i was told that the car would probably be ready by no later than Saturday which it wasn't.all this started on a thursday.nobody ever reached out to me about the car when i left that day,I had to call them.so now it's Monday & i called them after he told me Saturday that the car would be ready on this day.gave them time to reach out to me after most of the day still no call.& When i decided to call they got smart & said we ordered the wrong parts they don't fit & i can't give you a time table when the right parts will come.so if you want your money back you can come get it.i didn't even get a chance to talk,all i wanted was to be kept up to date about the car or a phone call.... something.then he said in a sarcastic tone "we will call you everyday with updates".like I'm asking to much.....

Dealer response

We apologize for the time it took to correct the title through the MVA. Due to covid-19 many state agencies were not operating in full capacity. Again we are extremely sorry about the time it took, but it was out of our control. Sincerely Baltimore Auto Group

Title Problems

Buyer Beware major problems getting title from vehicle purchased here. Purchased vehicle from here October 2021. Had a major issue trying to getting title for vehicle from this dealership. After numerous phone calls, emails and my time finally in December 2022 received the title in the mail after 14 months.

My experience here was incredible great staff that is a nice family oriented dealership I can consider myself going here in the future. I can admit to be such little staff they moved at efficient speed great line up of cars and reasonable prices

I had a excellent experience with Jamal, he provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that I was driving off with the car I wanted.

Grandfather

visited this dealer after viewing his web sight.my grandson needed another vehicle for his growing family, we found a VW Routan in his price range. All the people we dealt with ,Tom (owner), Max (sales), TJ (finance) were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I would visit B.A.G. when I need another vehicle.
