Deceptive and dishonest service department

The service department is very deceptive and not at all focused on customer satisfaction or service. I caught them red handed in lying to me about work performed which was without a doubt not done to my car, though I was charged for it. They made sure to that. They had nothing to say and after confronting them, they became obnoxious and rude. I will never step foot in their dealership again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Simply the BEST

The customer service in this dealership is top tier! If I could add more stars I would! Galo is simply the best! This was our second purchase with him, and the experience was amazing. Quick, efficient, and he got us exactly what we wanted within a day. The finance manager was excellent as well, very informative and made us feel like we’ve known him for years. Very very pleased with our new purchase, and I will be recommending as many people as I can to them!

Life changing!

Life changing! That pretty much sums it up with my experience at the Healey Brothers Ford in Beacon Hill. My anxiety left when I met Lance Aiello, sales mgr recommended. Lance was professional, kind and calmly answered all my questions without rushing me. He earned my trust. I traded my leased SUV to purchase a truck and was more than happy with the outcome. Both transactions were seamless and completed in a timely manner. Lance handled all the paperwork from the trade-in, getting my loan approved and finally signing on the dotted line—without ever leaving my chair. It’s also refreshing to see how well the sales team at Beacon Hill work together. Thank you Lance Aiello, Melanie Valentin and Eric MacDonald!

Don’t trust this dealership. They use bait and switch tactics to get sales leads and then try to talk you into a car you don’t want. In this case the dealership said it was holding a car for me for 72 hours but when I asked to purchase it I was told that it was actually on hold for another customer. The car is STILL being shown as available on their website. The sales team are rude and lied to me during two calls. I’d never buy from this place.

Dishonest

Don’t trust this dealership. They use bait and switch tactics to get sales leads and then try to talk you into a car you don’t want. Easy pressure-free buying experience

We were looking for a Ford SUV and went to a number of dealerships in the area and found the best deal and the best service at Healey Ford. Client advisor, Galo Quinonez, was really great: he was patient, friendly, helpful and listened to what we needed. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to oversell the vehicles or pressure us into a buy right away, as other dealerships did. He was also responsive and helpful, along with all of the other personnel we engaged with at Healey Ford. Overall it was a great buying experience!

Engine went in SUV, they made it sound like something...

Engine went in SUV, they made it sound like something under my control but later found out well known defect, poor customer service and unfriendliness in mechanic shop

Went to Healey Ford in Beacon to find out what they would...

Went to Healey Ford in Beacon to find out what they would allow for a trade of my 2004 F-150 and I drove home in a 2021 F-150. Great bunch of guys in the office who made the process beyond painless, and actually got me a better loan rate than my pre-approval I walked in with. Alex DiBlasio was beyond helpful as was Lance and the other guys in office. Chris MacDonald was great in helping me understand the features of my new XLT!

Highly Recommend!

I went in to upgrade my lease from a Ford Escape to a Ford Edge. I had a wonderful experience at Healey Brothers Ford! My client advisor, Galo Quinonez, was incredibly helpful and helped me find the car I wanted. He has a great sense of humor and makes the process more relaxed and fun! Eric MacDonald was also extremely helpful, and took the time to show me all the great features in my new car! He also went above and beyond and went to retrieve the car I wanted from their Goshen location that day. The entire staff at Healey Brothers Ford is friendly and make you feel like family! I will return to Healey Brothers Ford the next time I am shopping for a new vehicle, as well as for service appointments!

Healey Brothers FOrd In Beacon is the greatest

I have been leasing cars since the mid 90’s. My wife and I always return our cars together and lease two new ones. It is always a hassle when you arrive at the dealership to look at cars. You have everyone coming up to you from the dealership, being pushy, telling you what you want. I always get the feeling that you’re just the “sale of the day” and that’s it. When we walked into Healey Brothers Ford in Beacon, we knew immediately that it was different. They build a relationship with you and they make you feel like you are part of the Healey family. There was no pressure, no pushiness, no upselling and no wasting of our time. They do not try to sell you something that you can’t afford. They actual ask you “what is your budget”. I was most impressed by my client advisor, Galo Quinonez. He was patient, he knew the vehicles and worked with my wife and I closely to find the options we wanted. He also had a great sense of humor! We wound up leasing a F150 and an Escape. Then there was Lance Aiello, the Sales manager. Lance was thorough and explained a lot to us, he also had a great sense of humor and did not pressure us either. He made us feel comfortable and part of the family. We then met with the Finance managers, Scott Tompkins and Chris McGovern, they were amazing! They knew their stuff and did not make the paperwork part, as it usually is, long and drawn out. I think this is the first time in 25 years that I actually understood the paperwork. I was most impressed when the cars were delivered today. Eric McDonald, who is the Delivery coordinator, may have been the best that I have ever seen. He knew both my wife’s car and my car top to bottom. He was amazing and patient. I have never gotten this type service at any other Ford Dealership. Healey Brothers Ford in Beacon has gained two new family members and I am going to send all my family and friends to them. The customer service, by all the employees, is A , the hospitality is A and the knowledge of the product is above the rest!! Thank you Healey Brothers Ford in Beacon for making this my greatest car experience in over 35 years getting a new car.
