A very satisfied customer!!!!!

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I have had no issues … my Lexus IS 250 never had one problem and now I’ve purchased a Cadillac ATS and I absolutely love it! AJ is awesome!!!!! AJ works with you and makes the process simple and I would have to say that I am a very satisfied customer!

The Best

I’ve never felt more welcome as a customer in the car buying process. The business owners actually operate the business. They were very forthcoming with the information about the cars that I looked at, and made the finance process very accommodating. I was at a very bad point in my life and they made my recovery very pleasant. I am very thankful for them and if in the need of a car in the future, I will definitely do business with them again.

2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible hardtop

First red flag. I emailed them asking information on the vehicle- No reply, then I went in person.. to test drive the vehicle ..the convertible top malfunctioned and they said they would fix it. I was under the impression they would call me back after repairs..No call back.. I called them and he said "do you know how many numbers I have on my desk"....I asked to take the vehicle to my mechanic ..they refused. Said I could have my mechanic come to them and check it out.. in 20 years they've never let a vehicle off the lot ... Said if I paid him $100, he'd have someone go along with me to the mechanic ... they acted like they could care less if they made a sale or not . So be it ... was really a nice vehicle with low mileage.

Very friendly dealer answer all my questions very good customer service very reasonable cash price ,the car I like to buy had some minor cosmetic problems and dealer explained everything to me and they answered all my questions, I had a good experience with this dealer and I recommend to others.
