I would strongly suggest extreme caution in buying from

I would strongly suggest extreme caution in buying from West Motorsports at 3200 Rucker Ave in Everett. We bought a car from them 9 months ago. We paid cash in full; there was no loan. Today I realized we still didn't have the title. I called the Washington state Department of Licensing to ask whether we were on the title as the owners. The representative said that although we were registered, West Motorsports was the lienholder. I asked if that meant West Motorsports still owned the car. He said yes, that's exactly what it meant. I called West Motorsports, explained the situation, and asked them to transfer the title. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL A LAWYER AND HUNG UP ON ME. If you have already bought a car from them and paid cash, no loan, I would highly advise calling the Washington state Department of Licensing and asking whether there is a lienholder, and if so if that lienholder is West Motorsports of Everett.

I contacted the dealer multiple times about a cargo van

I contacted the dealer multiple times about a cargo van availability. I never received any sort of contact from them by phone or email. I don’t recommend.

Great Experience

Gino made the car buying experience a pleasant one. He was not pushy at all and let the car sell itself. We had a great experience.

Not Responsive After the Sale

Kept my drivers license after the sale. Realized next day they didn’t give back. Contacted them and verified they had it. Asked for them to mail it back to me since I live 2 1/2 hrs away. Still haven’t received it and that was almost 4 weeks ago. I have sent emails, texts and phone calls requesting them to mail it and they said they’ll mail it with our plates! Really? They can’t afford a stamp and envelope? I need my license now! Who knows what’s been done with it or where my information has gone. They’re the ones that didn’t return after making copy of it. Very unhappy. They got their money and now don’t care.

Great People, Great Price

Great people and very helpful. We were looking at the same car at a big dealer and they helped us see through process of the big dealership and they beat them on price. Adam helped us first with a great test drive. Geno was very helpful and friendly with closing.

The "Used Car Salesman" Vibe

I called this dealership knowing the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase and after just a 2 minute conversation with the salesman on the phone I immediately got the gross "used car salesman" vibe and pressure to verbally agree that we had a deal, etc. I had a couple more conversations with both the sales man Geno and I think it was the owner Adam and even though they were will to work with me (I needed to get a tow package added to the vehicle and included in the sales price) I ended up NOT making the purchase , even though I called them with full intentions and was ready to make the purchase when I originally called, just because I got such a strong YUCK feeling after the phone conversations. Trust your gut.

Sexist Boss

Shopping here was fine at first. Usual sales pitch. Not concerned with that. What upsets me is that when I mentioned to them that I wasn't buying today because I wanted to run it by my fiance their response was "oh I see, you don't make the decisions" being muttered under his breath.
