don't bring your car here!

don't bring your car here!! they took 9 days to fix the same thing they fixed 2 years ago. couldn't / wouldn't explain why a car with 9700 more miles on it had bad rear ac lines leaking again. labor is $230 an hour. (that's what service told me when I picked it up) they should tell you that. plugging it in to check engine light was $510. didn't want to call Warranty company on Friday - when I dropped it off. wanted to wait until Monday. didn't have the tools so had to borrow from another dealership. then bought the wrong parts or not enough of the right ones. told me parts for "old" cars are hard to find. 2011 Chevy Tahoe. every person I spoke to said " oh - never bring your car there. that was dumb"

Your dealership diagnosed my car with leaky axle seals, so I booked an appointment using the link you texted me. Three weeks later, I arrived for my scheduled service—only to be told you couldn’t get my vehicle in. Frustrated, I took my car to Anoka Chevrolet, where they determined that your diagnosis was incorrect. The issue wasn’t axle seals—it was loose bolts in the torque converter that needed to be fixed. I’m extremely disappointed that after three weeks, you still can’t properly schedule cars using the link from your own text messages. Even worse, you continue to send booking requests as if I never made an appointment in the first place. Your service advisors seem utterly lost, your booking system is a mess, and your mechanics failed to provide an accurate diagnosis. I will not be returning.
