Bad customer service
Was inquiring about a vehicle , the salesperson (Rocky) tells me to fill out a finance application online which I did right away and got pre approved, I ask him to get me 2 quotes for zero down and some money down , he tells me sure he can do that and will call me back four days go by no one calls , I call him back he say he’s busy he with a customer he will call me back in half hour . He doesn’t call back so I call back the office they say he is busy with customers and then I found out they sold the vehicle! They should let me know common courtesy to tell me since I already filled out the pre approved financing! I would not have given any information if I wasn’t able to buy the vehicle! They have a bad customer service ! I’m frustrated angry because I don’t like to give out personal information online .

Surprised how much I like this dealership
TLDR: ignore the bad reviews, this place makes you feel like family. We had a great experience. It didn’t feel like we were walking dollar signs. Place was clean and there is parking. Jay is phenomenal. Definitely go see him. This place is a little over an hour away, we almost didn’t head down cuz the pics of the car weren’t that great. Plus the reviews were daunting. I called and Mike verified it was still on the lot so we headed down. Both Mike and Jay helped us with the sales part and Lee and Joe helped us with the finance part. All great guys, had lots of laughs...it made the car buying experience feel like it didn’t take long at all. We planned to to bring our trade in down on another day cuz we originally werent going to trade it in but changed our mind when they gave the offer. Plus the new car needed to be detailed. Turns out it also needed to be looked at because the battery was changed when we bought it and on the way home the a/c decided to act up. When I brought it back for the detail they looked at it. Turns out the computer needed to be reprogrammed cuz the battery change. Jay was great about making sure I had everything I needed while waiting. Lee even came over to turn the tv on. They really care about their customers and it shows!

Dirty
We were half assed greeted by a salesman. Told him we were interested in a certain vehicle, he gave us the keys and left. Car was diety on the inside, back air vents were broken and oil was dirty. If they aren't willing to make the car presentable then they aren't willing to make sure any issues are addressed.
