Easiest car buying experience ever.

Easiest car buying experience ever. I picked out a truck online that I wanted to test drive. I was contacted by a sales consultant to set up a time to come in. A sales manager called to confirm. Once the buying decision was made, there were no surprises. The sale price shown online was accurate. No huge hidden fees tacked on once I got to the purchase paperwork. Each Everett employee that I dealt with along the way was friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend. Great car buying experience.

Brought it in twice now and problem still not resolved.

Brought it in twice now and problem still not resolved. My service person also never called to follow up. Always promised to call me to provide updates but never did.

Not professional.

Not professional. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a recall to not be fixed. Came to tell me after waiting that the pieces for the recall came in broken so they were unable to fix the recall. I sat around for 1 1/2 hours with a 6 year old under the impression that my recall would be fixed. Don’t call me to fix a recall unless it’s going to be fixed. Make sure the pieces are not broken to begin with. Don’t waste people’s time.
