They did everything they could to trouble shoot the issue

They did everything they could to trouble shoot the issue I was having with my air conditioning unit. The service advisor was very prompt with informing me of the vehicle progress.

Mel did an awesome job taking care of my warranty problem

Mel did an awesome job taking care of my warranty problem I had. Kept me up to date the whole time and truck was done when Mel said it would be. Thank you for a great service experience.

They had my car for two days but didn't have the tech

They had my car for two days but didn't have the tech time to diagnose the problem with the A/C only blowing cold to the driver side. I also wanted them to check the battery but they didn't have time to do that either. I needed my car this weekend so I came and got it. Nothing was fixed. I scheduled again for next week hoping they will have time to diagnose and fix the A/C. It is 108 degrees here in AZ. You would think they would have more A/C techs! I tried to get a hold of the rep texting him but he took over an hour to respond.
