I will like to say I had a great experience with Shawn and Matt on the of my new truck. They were easy to deal with and it wasn't any pressure. The entire staff was friendly. Thank you all again and looking forward to doing business with you all again.

Wasn’t playing on purchasing a vehicle today at this location but today me and my wife drove off the lot with a 2019 Chevy impala!! Great staff and customer service

We have bought 3 vehicles from Tru Auto and Doug has sold us the last two. We have been looking for a boat off and on and I called Doug on Monday and ask if they had any boats that I would be interested in. He said yes and sent me pictures. I trust him so much that I applied for the boat loan immediately and within hours I was ask when I wanted to pick it up. We picked the boat up last night. If you want a trustworthy, hard working, honest guy-go see Doug!!!!

Went boat shopping and they had exactly what I was looking for and for a lot less then the Other competitors in the area the boat manager Doug and Harkeem were very helpful in making this process quick and easy

Great experience harkeem had the vehicle I inquired about at the front door when I pulled up and had me in and out in 40 minutes.

I had a standing appointment to take a look at a vehicle yesterday evening (1/21/2020) at 1830, however, my father was nice enough to drive to the location to take a look at the truck for me while I am at work (where I am writing this review). Upon arrival at this TruAuto location, the truck is no where to be found so my mother went inside to ask where it was, and was informed the truck was sold earlier that morning (Jan 21, 2020). At no point after the vehicle was sold was I contacted to be notified, despite having an appointment to view the truck later this evening. This is unacceptable at best, a customer should be notified if a product is no longer available for purchase. The reason I say purchase is because I was indeed interested in buying the vehicle, however, I did want to look at it and test drive it first. Sadly this is not cared for by the sales staff at this TruAuto location. I will NEVER deal with this location EVER again due to this discourtesy. It's not hard to pick up a phone and notify someone that what they are interested is no longer available. It's called common decency, something this location is lacking.

Great customer service, good selection of pre owned vehicles. Everyone was very helpful! Facility is nice, will definitely recommend friends and family to this location!
