Proceed with Caution.

Proceed with Caution. Jesse provided a quote to fix a heater hose. The fix did not involve the extra possible time, but I was charged for that extra time anyway. Confirmed at a competing Chrysler shop. After emailing for an adjustment to my charge, no response. Overcharged by $400. All previous experiences good. Last time I do business at this shop.

I had a very pleasant and warm conversation with the dealer. The car I was just super appealing on looks and then I liked the details I read and looked over. 'Used', sure, but hardly so. The drive was pleasant after I got used to the car. The process was fast and easy, just a little waiting but not horribly so. Go on a Sunday for car shopping!
