I was looking locally in the valley for a Grand Cherokee L Summit online and struck out,  but found one in California. Then I met Shannon. I normally never answer unknown numbers, but for whatever reason, this time I did. She called to see if I was still in the market for a Jeep and said that mine was just delivered from California. She asked if I needed help understanding all the bells and whistles on my new Jeep. I set an appointment at her store and met with her and was blown away by her knowledge and her patience with me. She also asked about where I would be servicing my vehicle and had not even thought that far ahead. She guided me through service as well as parts and now know what to do what the time for services come up. I know Shannon does not get paid to take the time out of her day to show me how to use my vehicle and will only go to her for how she treated me like family. Shannon truly cares about your goals. wants, and needs. I will be back!
