AĂşn estoy esperando mi reparaciĂłn de un cmax y voy camino de la quinta semana y me dijeron 5 dĂas....greg el que recibe los carros en servicio....puro pelotero. Y Frank su supervisor, un inepto y además mentiroso. Dice que te devolverá la llamada en 10 minutos y nunca lo hace. AĂşn no me han entregado el carro y. No confĂo en como quedará. No regreso más nunca y por supuesto, a todos mis amigos les recomendarĂ© que no vayan. Horrible.

I highly recommend if you want to be cheated and you want people to lie to you including the management, corrupt from the top to the bottom.
Service is awful
I took my car for service and it took at least 15 minutes before an advisor acknowledge that I was waiting to get help also there wasn't a porter around to take my car to get service. By this time I was already upset and what got me even more angry was that the advisor said it would take at least 2 to 3 hours for my car to get maintenance just plain ridiculous.
Will not go back to Kendall Ford
Brought F150 30,000 miles in for routine oil change. Told brakes were severely corroded and needed full brake service. They kepted my truck for five days and charged $1800.00. Had to return truck due to pulsating when coming to a stop. Two more days and $200.00 more, truck still studders when stoping and Advance Track needs service now appearsj on dash. Will find another repair service and never will go back to Kendall Ford. Never had a brake problem befor I was told I needed full brakes replaced.

Retail order markup poor customer service
i Order a Maverick on august 2021 with a sign order with price and $500 deposit almost a year later the car is arriving march 2021, i went to the dealer to start the paper work now they said they are adding a markup from $24k that we agreed on to $29k . they said i need to pay the extra money or they will sell my car to someone else. Ford prohibits this markup to retail orders but they are still doing it . one year of waiting for the car is now wasted. do not buy here go else ware .
best customer service ..wouldn't go anywhere else.
Amy Crespo is the best ! she works diligently, so you can obtain a vehicle ! High recommend !!! ask for her when looking for a good deal from a reputable dealership !
Stay away from this dealership
I drove over an hour to this place looking for a car that was showing on sale on line. I got there and the car sold and they had nothing to show me, even when I told them I had enough money for a considerable down payment. The salesman was completely dismissive. However there were no issues with his conversation with a smoking man outside, assuming one of the other sales disaster. I bought another car at another dealership. They not only walked the lot with me and based of what I wanted, they went right to the car I bought. As a matter of fact, they cared enough to ask the right questions. But WATCH OUT, this was a clear case of vait and switch. Do not take time to go here. It's that place where you shouldn't be a woman client. So as you can tell. This place is a JOKE. By the way people, bait and switch is not legal. I know that's my experience. If you decide to go, good luck!
Stay away from this dealer! Buyer Beware!
Sales and management are a bunch of liars and will do anything to make money. They sold me a new truck with tailgate damage and I trusted Paul and Arian to replace it as they promised. I signed contract and purchased it only to be told that they could not replace it since the manufacturer would not reimburse them for it since the damage was not reported by the dealer within 48 hours of delivery of vehicle to them.
Wishing to business with you
I was sent an offer to trade my 2019 ford ranger from your office and possible lower my payment, but after negotiating with your sales dept it turn out that the ranger you had on stock was a little different than Mine , so it turn out that my payment would go up , I tried to work out a deal with them but they couldn’t help. My ranger is a 300a model and yours is a 301a , very little difference. One of your customer sales assistant was suppose to get back to me , but never did. Unfortunately this is not what I expected from you prestigious dealership . Maybe your sales dept. Could negotiate a deal base on the offer I received. Thanks for the opportunity to express my experience.
