My wife changed offices and now needed a car for commuting (30 minutes driving) was the better option than her riding a bus and commuter train 1-1/2 hours each way (if no delays in service) 5-days a week. We looked at several other dealers and were just not satisfied with the personnel (you get that feeling that you definitely do not want to but a used car from them). Then we were recommended to Big-T's Auto Sales (literally 10 minutes from where we live). We looked at their online selection of cars and requested more information. We called them and even though they were already closed for the day they spent a lot of time giving us information. So we made an appointment to go see the car we inquired about. We we got to the lot and started looking we test drove at least 1/2 dozen cars and spent over 2 hours comparing. Finally we got what we consider to be a great deal. The factors were that the car was 1-owner, low mileage for the model year, immaculately clean, and that Big-T's not only warrantied that the car was mechanically in excellent condition, they had it rechecked and found that a minor sensor was not working properly and replaced it. To make this deal even better they gave us 3 month/5000 mile warranty on the engine, transmission and power train plus guaranteed in writing that it will pass the New Jersey State mandatory inspection or they will fix whatever is wrong. We will recommend Big-T's to all our friend looking for a used car and highly recommend anyone reading this review to do the same. Not a large selection but quality and that is most important.

We're very happy with our recent purchase of Nissan Rogue from BigT's! The sales manager and owner were very knowledgeable and the purchase process was seamless. They presented all the warranty options and explained what each option entails. Since we were buying a used car with ~100K miles, it was good to know how we could protect our investment on the car and not incur too much in maintenance. After all, a car is a mechanical instrument that is bound to wear and tear, especially so after 100K miles. We were getting the car for a good price, so thought it made sense to spend a little more on the warranty and stay fully assured. They called our insurance company and got the newly purchased car added to our policy. We just had to go for a test drive and decide on a car, and they handled the rest of the process in a timely fashion. I'd highly recommend Big T's to my friends and family.
