Our original point of contact, Jaclyn, was very professional and courteous. We ended up purchasing from another dealer and she remained very professional and congratulated us. We remembered that and when we decided to buy another car, we contacted her immediately. She set things up (we are 2 hours away) and we were taken care of by Justin, who was just as professional and courteous. Hans in finance was also very knowledgeable and professional.

Had a terrible customer service from the service writer , no apologies. The appointment was messed up and then blame was placed on me the customer instead of the service writer who messed up my name and the appointment details .

We had our 2021 Enclave's 1st service on June 1st. I was greeted warmly upon arrival . He promised me I would be out within an hour. It was finished in 45 minutes. I have complete confidence in the Service Dept. Everyone was very friendly. We also had the opportunity to visit with our salesman, Julio. He is one of a kind. When we purchased the vehicle in Dec 21, he was very personable and helpful. I have purchased many new vehicles in my 62 years of driving, I have never had the detailed orientation of the new car as given by Julio. He spent well over 1 hr going over the features and setting up the car for our preference. He also followed up twice after the purchase to answer any question we had, with the goal of ensuring we were comfortable satisfied. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone. The dealership had a used BMW I was interested in, but I was 600 miles away from the dealership. Both the sales manager, Ron, and salesman, Justin, did a great job in communication with me, working through the distance challenge. I requested many details before arranging for a site visit of the car. Their response was quick and thorough. I caught a flight into Melbourne to evaluate and possible purchase the car in person. Upon my arrival the car was ready for my inspection, exactly as requested. I found no major surprises after my inspection of the car and purchase the BMW. So, from my experience of purchasing a used car from this dealership, they did a great job in finding a quality used car, presented honestly, settled on a fair purchase price and made closing on the purchase quick and easy!
