Buying a car at Daystar was easy and seamless … Mike Marshall made it a very good experience and was knowledgeable about his product …. He was patient , kind , and absolutely went above and beyond …. To be honest in all my 67 years , and many car purchases , I’ve never had a purchase go this smoothly… Daystar and Mike Marshall have the customer first attitude that all business’ should have !! Kudos to Daystar for taking such pride in their staffing and inventory , and customer service .. thank you for taking the most historically stressful purchase and making it so easy !!! I wouldn’t take a donkey cart in that place for repair! Totally unfair workmanship and questioned my integrity beyond the pale! I did exactly what was asked of me and when a problem ensued it was of course my fault costing me thousands in repair and again was told it was my issue no theirs. I’m sorry, but I have nothing good to say about this place. A simple oil change turned into a disaster that should have never happened! I did not purchase the car from Daystar, but from Jeff’s Auto, but had Daystar do the oil change because they had moved into Jeff’s service department.

The customer service is outstanding. I was in contact with Keaton multiple times regarding a fluid leak and no heat in my car. Keaton stayed committed to fixing my car, and established that it was still under warranty. When the work was completed he delivered my car to me at my workplace. I appreciate his effort and follow- up once the car was returned to me.

Danial and the team... It was great doing business with you. You were able to work with me to get some added options I wanted. You guys delivered my van for me when other shops told me they didn't deliver and gave me what I consider to be a great deal. Best price I could find in Northern Ohio. I do have to apologize about the distance but you did agree to deliver. Thanks Again!

I cannot say enough good about this dealership. Dave our salesmen is awesome very responsive and helpful.
